We will draft a detailed site plan of your property showing all EXISTING (visible via satellite) landscaping, such as structures driveways, pathways, patios, gazebos, grass, trees, structures, swimming pool, sheds, etc. The draft site plan will be sent to you for your review. If there are any changes that are required such as updating dimensions or missing items due to tree cover you may sketch those onto the plan and send it back to us to have those revised free of charge. *This is not a Survey, nor is it intended to be or replace a Survey. This is my 2nd time using the service. The first one went well and no adjustments needed. The second on did not come out correctly. The company was very easy to have the plot plan reworked. It did take 2 times but that does not matter, no extra charges. They are very responsive and made the adjustments overnight. Therefore, I can only give them 5 stars. Greg Kay Kay Home Improvement

was perfect for what my building Dept was looking for and I was able to add text later that they requested very easily . received in under 24 hours and cost less than $200... can't beat that! will definitely use again and highly recommend!

The site plan was completely inaccurate and I had to go back and double check all the measurements. It’s not the first time and I’m super frustrated that your service is not reliable. I want a refund!
