DO NOT USE this company the £219 order is nowhere to be seen and they will not answer emails or phone, looks like a scam site.
I am now going through a chargeback with the credit card company.

Lack of communication - not replying emails, no updates on shipping time, have been waiting for updates over 2 weeks.

Still haven’t received my item. Ordered three weeks ago.

I have not received a thing. My credit card company contacted me after making the purchase to tell me it could be fraud. I did not receive any sort of email confirmation after purchase, which I thought odd. It seems they have just taken my money and that of many others

Placed the order, without any updates on shipping, chased few rounds, but never received any response from customer service, had to request for refund.

Ordered 3rd March with a promise that orders shipped in 5-7 days and that item was in stock. Order confirmation said orders could take up to 30 days due to Covid (how are people still using that as an excuse over a year later??). Chased after over 30 days - promised an update by around 45 days - nothing. have asked to cancel order but not even sure I will get my money back. Beginning to look rather fishy.

I have emailed twice as I haven’t gotten any confirmation that it’s on the way and it has been well over a week!!! I am worried that I won’t get what I ordered in time for my partners birthday and I’m concerned that no one has responded to either of my emails?! I hope someone will respond as soon as possible to put my mind at ease.

Some kind of joke company that take your money and don't get any thing for it. Been waiting over 6 weeks for smoke alarms and nothing!!! Do not trust these people!!

Ordered a Nest smoke alarm from My Smart Hub at the end of January. As of today, 08 April 2021, I have not received either the item or any updates. Very likely a scam website - please avoid.

Ordered items, did say could take 4 weeks, so ok. However after nearly 4 weeks and nothing I emailed them. They responded sighting delivery issues.
Then out of blue a cancellation email comes into my inbox, not saying why, just an automated email.
That was 2 weeks ago and still have not had my refund. I suggest you avoid giving these people your money.

Still waiting for items ordered after 1 month, although no indication when ordering that the items were not in stock.

Ordered 2 nest protect smoke detectors at the beginning of February Delivery said 5 days and up to 30 days with covid. Asked for a refund as they still didn't have any in stock after 60 days. Would have rated at zero stars if I was able to.

Called 5 days after I was supposed to have received parcel to be told it wouldn't be much longer, 3 days after an email saying they had supply issues..... Why not tell me when I rang!!!

This item was ordered two weeks ago and since then I have heard nothing despite sending an enquiry a week ago trying to get an update on when the order would be dispatched which has gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

Ordered device on the 31/01/21, but due to problems with there supplier they agreed a refund on the 24/02/21. I was refunded on the 08/03/21.

After several emails I finally received my refund, but maybe they should have the item in stock before advertising them. also I was disappointed having to wait ten working days for a refund.
Plus side is they did keep there promise and refund me.

Been 14 days and still haven’t received any correspondence or my item in the post! Where is it??

They indicate things might be slow due to Covid-19. But how does this affect responding to emails? There is something wrong here not even sure if there are any organic lifeforms involved anymore of whether its just a site that takes orders and does nothing else. Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering.

Didn’t have what I wanted in stock and no date given for when I would receive it... order cancelled.

However, I can say Charlotte from Customer Services was spot on
