my recent visit at my smile studios was amazing from the minute I walked in everybody made me feel welcome from the reception team to the all around atmosphere! I had my scan done the dentist she was so gentle when doing the scan bare in mind I'm terrified of dentists! I would highly recommend my smile studios to all of my friends and family and price is so affordable for the outstanding service

As a teenager that grew up having crooked teeth I was always very nervous about attending the dentist, not because of a phobia or anything like that, but fear of embarrassment from the state my teeth were in. I have also had strong gums {in my opinion} but knew that I would have to open my mouth and show what I had been hiding for what seems like my entire life. In short I was very nervous but decided enough was enough, I wanted to do something about it, my wife gave me the courage to attend a consultation with Naomi to see if I could be helped in straightening my teeth and what the costs would be etc etc.

When I arrived I was greeted by Chelsea, I was greeted as a human being and not just another client walking through the door, the greeting was sincere and not just someone going through the motions. I was taken upstairs and offered refreshments, then my greatest fears came to life, I had to open my mouth for photographs to be taken. Chelsea could see I was nervous/anxious and assured me that it was completely normal to feel this way and that me and my wife that we were in good hands, she then proceeded to take photos whilst being very descriptive of what she was doing it to keep me at ease. Once the pictures were taken, Chelsea showed me to a very comfortable office where I met the lovely Naomi.

Rather than going straight into a sales pitch, Naomi done something that threw my wife and myself, she simply asked us with sincerity how we were and how was we feeling. We was expecting a sales technique or pitch....we got the complete opposite. Naomi asked me what my concerns were with my smile, what I would like my smile to be and what would make me happy.

That simple gesture and act of kindness showed us that we were in the right place. Naomi went through my options and said that having adult braces {C-Fast} would be a better option me, not only was it more cost effective but it was also more appropriate for what I wanted in my smile and would be completed in a maximum of 6 months. We agreed, paid, then made arrangements to met with Biju who would be looking after my treatment from that point forward.

I believe it was a week for my appointment with Biju. From the moment of meeting Biju, all my fears, embarrassment and anxiety disappeared!!!!!

Biju made me feel at ease immediately and assured me that I was in the best hands possible. He done something that is very important to someone who has fears and suffers from anxiety, he simply looked me in the eyes whilst talking to me. My treatment was explained to me again and a schedule was put in place to suit my social life to have my braces fitted, tightened, cleaned etc etc

My treatment was handled with the highest levels of professionalism and I have never been more comfortable in a dentists chair in my life!!

from the day my braces went on {top and bottom jaw} they were off within 3 months!!!

WITHIN 3 MONTHS I HAD A PERFECT SMILE!!!!!!!!

I was given as much teeth whitening gel as needed and was told to let them know If I ran out. I was also having some bonding work afterwards to finish off my treatment.

I just wish I went to see these guys years ago, not only was it simple and easy to arrange, it was super cost effective. I paid upfront but was shown a payment plan if one was needed, just to clear {each treatment would e different} it would be the cost of a cup of coffee a day.

My after treatment was amazing and continues to be amazing to this day. I cannot recommend the studio or Biju enough and I will forever be in their debt for giving me my confidence back and more importantly giving me the confidence to have my picture taken. I no longer hide from the camera.

I’ve known Dr Krishnan for almost 15+ years we first met in Edinburgh through friends and then for treatment. I’m yet to meet someone who is as professional and approachable as Dr Krishnan.

Dr Krishnan puts you totally at ease, he explains all the options and involves you fully in decision making. He’s truly one in a million.

I was recommend to Dr Biju Krishnan and am so grateful as the treatment from start to finish was first class from initial consultation to finished product. Very friendly atmosphere and understood my situation and suited the process to my circumstances and has a real enthusiasm and determination to be 100 per cent perfect. Keeps checking in now to ensure I am happy and I couldn’t fault the whole process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality dentistry.

I first visited Dr Biju around 8 months ago as I have wanted straighter teeth for many years and finally built up the courage to actually do something about it. I am so pleased to have met Dr Biju, not only is he an amazing dentist but he is also a genuinely nice guy! From the moment we met Dr Biju and his team completely put my mind at ease and assured me that he could give me the smile that I have always wanted - in fact he exceeded my expectations and my treatment was complete sooner than I had expected it to be,with a much better result than I could have ever imagined! The cfast braces were very comfortable to wear and were not majorly visible to others which was great! Now I can not stop smiling!
