OK OK OK OK OK

For the 5th time in a row I ordered a yearbook of my facebook-posts because I am very pleased with the books and their quality.
This time I made a mistake and there were important things missing in my book. When I askes if my order could be canceled it was not a problem at all.
The amount I payed was refunded within a few days.
Offcourse I placed a new order. This time with everything I wanted in my book.
So what can I say more, good product and a great service!

I give them three stars because they seem to be only game in town for taking posts/captions and producing an automated photobook from Facebook.

Their interface is stupid annoying. It is very hard to have any question answered. They force you into pages and summaries that are ridiculous that you cannot remove.

I had a VERY HARD TIME getting them to upload all of the photos/posts from the time period I gave them. After trying multiple times, I'm taking a break so I don't punch someone :(

When I deleted pictures that did not belong, they remained in the collage that My Social Book creates. So annoying.

And they put a big My Social Book logo on the front and back of the book, which is actually larger than the book's title.

If I could find another option, I'd take it in a minute.

LOVE my yearly Social Books. How often do you scroll back on your SM pages? Or really look at the photos stored on your phone? These books are amazing! I get one every year.

This book was easy and the pictures were great!
The only trouble had was getting the dates that I wanted printed to ‘stick’.

I have put into an annual book all my Facebook postings. This is my diary.
It’s wonderful to be able to look back in a printed format, and see my postings.
The quality of the book is really good, and a great memory jogger!
I have one for each year since 2008. I’m hooked!

With my 1st photobook, like most people, I was reluctant, but I thought I’d give it a try. I now have 5 books. It was much easier than I thought & I am not computer savvy. U just click on what U want & what U don’t want, U choose UR book cover format & color, the photo size… click-click it’s that easy. My photos are from my Facebook postings, so they are in chronological order. The paper is a nice quality & the colors are vibrant. I only wish that I could edit my pictures as I originally added text under most of the photos & parts of it get cut off. That, I don’t know how to fix. Customer service has been responsive & helpful. I am currently working on my last book for this year & I really appreciate the 40% & 50% sales they have. A very nice quality photo book. Try it you will not regret it.

The book came out exactly as I hoped it would. I love the layout. The only thing that I would have changed is that there are a few points when the description doesn't match the photo on that page but it really doesn't detract.

The book itself is very well done, but then it had excellent material to start with didn't it? I write a little and I appreciate how you treat the text. I had been using another supplier but have switched over to My Social Book because of this. The treatment of images is first class and if I had one small change it would be nice to have control over which images were reduced in size. I know, big ASK, but you asked. Whether or not that is implemented will not change my decision to have you do my book. So in reviewing my review I give you guys 5 stars, thanks.

I've had numerous books created and they are wonderful. The only thing I've noticed is occasionally there's a blank page and you're charged by number of pages. The quality is always great and durable. The color and clarity is good also. Tip.. be sure to review and edit things like cover photo, etc to your preference.

The books are ok. I like the hard cover. Although there wasnt a preview of every single page so I couldn't take out a lot of the random pics and memes I didnt want.
Even with the huge black friday discount, I still found the books expensive. But was satisfied enough with the cost and postage ($100+) from US to Australia, however, my parcel has now been stopped and ive incurred further import fees. Even though the items cost under $1000. (If they had included postage, making it over $1000, the import fees should be 5%) however i am being asked for nearly $320???
The email replies from Amanda seem like they use chatgbt to respond. I dont like that.
I won't be using company again.

I've been a customer for years now. Each album always comes out just as beautiful as I previewed, and shipped in a timely manner. I enjoy the memories saved on my social books. It's easier to share than searching through the hardrive. I also enjoy how easy it is to choose an album on FB and print it out.

I love my social book(s), I show them off to my friends and family, like photo albums, but so much more. They were so easy to make and the quality of the paper and photos are excellent. Customer service is outstanding, I had an issue with one of my orders, and it was addressed and corrected immediately and replaced at no cost to me. If you share your life experiences on Facebook or instagram, you should consider creating your own social book. I highly recommend it.

Tricky Process - Good Results in the End
I love my social books but your system is difficult and unreliable to use. Half the time it hangs or is not available. I wish it didn't recompile after every little change - it takes so long to just change a few pictures. Also, pictures from FB albums or dropbox files are not printed in the order they were uploaded. Finally, I wish that you would recognize the order of posts on FB when the posting date has been changed by the user.

I love the books but when setting up it's difficult to eliminate repeated photos manually. It takes us back to the beginning each time we uncheck one. I'd like a simpler method of including photos and not just featuring the most liked photo. That's other people's opinions of the best photo in the year, not our own.
Also, the postage is exorbitantly high and usually the reason I don't make the order. I'm sure it doesn't cost that much to send a book that distance. Anything else we buy from those countries usually has very low or even zero postage costs.

I’m happy with product but wish there were not so many blank pages both full and half. I also wish it could be tweaked and full page pictures could be chosen/changed. I would be happy with this being allowed after purchase even if it was only a dozen changes or so. I also do not like how the most liked captions for each month get cut sometime and does not always do the entire caption even though there is a ton of room on the page for the entire caption. Also a memory picture was missing but the caption was printed with no picture.

I do a My Social Book for two years at a time for years. I realized I had the wrong years so I changed it and then forgot to change the picture on the cover and ordered it. I contacted them and Geraldine cancelled my book and gave me a new code to reorder at the same price. They were amazing!

Absolutely awesome . Whoever edited it did an excellent job,! Best one i ever got. I have 14 years of photo books.

The books are delivered in a timely manner- beautifully done

I like how the book looks and speed of service. Occasionally I would exchange some of the bigger photos for a different one if I had the option. (I know, you're trying to make it easy.) I also don't like that if there are several pictures in a post, they are entered in the book out of order. I generally explain something on the first pic and don't repeat on subsequent, so the explanation ends up being on a later page in the book.
