Good day, I entered a competition and won only to find out I was tricked into a subscription at this shopping app?? All I had to do was pay the delivery charges, which I did, only to find out this is a subscription fee? The competition was for baby products for my daughters shower.. very disappointed I was tricked like this. I would be happy if you could find a way to refund my money and cancel any subscription.

i didn’t use all my credits but it was good and the staff very helpful

There was an immediate action and extra mile was initiated to process my refund request.

I had somehow been duped into signing up for a subscription to thus company.
I contacted them to explain the situation and despite my request being outside their timescales they have generously given me a refund.

The company must tell us everything cause now they said R36 but i end up paying R196 for membership fee which they didn't explain to me so i am cancelling and need my money back

I really liked the service and the availability they offered me, I am very satisfied with it
