There was a bit of an issue with…
There was a bit of an issue with ordering from the website and I had to call them. They were very helpful and resolved the issue in minutes. The item arrived a day late but that was FedEx's failure. The item itself works flawlessly so far, although I have only used it 3 times so far. One small niggle is that the actual controls are rather confusing - there are only 2 and they both claim to do the same thing, control the water temperature. There is no obvious way to control the flow rate. All in all though I am satisfied at the moment. Time will be the judge though.

Great price product I wanted, delivered on time.
Great price product I wanted, opened a business account promptly, order before 2pm paid for next day delivery and it was delivered next day. Only slight problem was the flue I was delivered, a fixing was a little cracked and broken but I managed to fix it. Was it them or the delivery driver, not sure.
