The boxes are great value for money and have a wide variety of items.
I had a problem through no fault of the mystery box shop but the manager was so helpful and he sorted it for me as quick as possible
They are really good with customers

Absolutely fantastic!!! From ordering to delivery is pretty damn quick? Ordered 3 boxes and they arrived well within the estimated delivery time? They outdo themselves at every turn, filling the boxes with items u perhaps didn't know existed but are so handy to have? Needless to say I'm an extremely happy customer and I will definitely be ordering more of these again soon? Thank you all

Have had many boxes now. Have been very happy with many buy believe the homewarming boxes are disappointing. Have lots of same items which aren't handy for me but maybe others would use it all.

I was very pleased with my order there was very good contents in box it is not the first box I have bought and it will not be the last very good value and very quick delivery thank you .

I haven’t opened it yet because I live in Spain and had it delivered to my fathers in London. But the customer service after purchase was amazing. Had phone call to make sure the right things for the right time of year and the correct person were in the box. Top class service

After talking with them about my last box I was offered a £30 box I chose the house warming box and I have to say it was perfect some great items in couldn’t fault there customer service. Thanks again two days after talking the box arrived very quick service.

Delivery was quick. Some really good stuff in the boxes.the dog boxing got was more for a smaller dog mine just wresked it but still worth the money

I had several questions before ordering, so I sent an Email and received a very friendly and quick reply.
All the boxes are christmas presents so still don't know what is in them, but very excited to find out.

Hasn't been opened yet as it's a Christmas gift, but the site was really easy to use and delivery was really fast, so far, a great experience
