Fantastic company, got 5 boxes, 4 were toys, pretty much similar. Had a problem with one but the company fixed it. Very satisfied

Previously recieved a box,I recieved a call from a member of the team and wow,I recieved some items that replaced others which I guarantee my boy will love them,such amazing customer service aswell.I wasn't looking for anything to be replaced that I could not gift to a boy so this was extra mile service and is appreciated.I have a happy boy with what was in the box 2nd time around.would def recommend this company especially the service.Thankyou very much.

My son brought me a mystery box for my birthday and it’s amazing definitely value for money, there’s 1 deodorant in there that’s £15 alone and the box was only £25 😱
so I thought I’m going to get another one of them, I had a look on there website at it said no 2 boxes r the same so there’s me thinking great! I was so excited to get my second box I couldn’t wait for it to come, when it did arrive I opened it straight away and both boxes contain exactly the same as each other 😩 I emailed the company straight away and nobody got back to me then I received a phone call and this amazing company are sending me out another box completely free 🥳 how amazing is that, I will definitely be ordering a few as Christmas presents (I have a very large family)

Had a reply right away and sending out a new box should have it tomorrow, customer service is top notch so have changed my 1* to 4*.

Bought 2 box's £29.99 one for teenage girl beauty other for 8yrs old mystery my daughter also bought for 8 year old for £19.99 and both had exactly same in the 8 years for different prices, I have wrote an email to them so will wait and see if they respond and what the outcome is before changing how many stars I give, but truthfully I don't think the price was worth what is in it all the things I can buy on temu cheaper

I got a teenage girls and a junior girls box and both had an excellent range of items in them. They came very quickly

This is the 2nd box that I have ordered the first was ok but I ordered the household one and very pleased with them both

After 2 initial delivery issues (down to couriers not the company) a very kind gentleman called me to say he had sent out a third package and it would be with me the following day , today is the following day and the box has turned up ,I'm thrilled with what has arrived ,thank you so much for all your help

RE REPLY.. Customer Service was fantastic spoke on Thursday and they sent another box out with bits from Women's and Homeware which came Saturday. Changed from 2* to 4*

I brought both the women's and home £20 boxes and they are definitely not worth the money, the women's just had some makeup, a nail varnish, face mask and a microwaveable wrap and the home was just a candle, a door mat, a small Plaque, a pizza cutter, an LED light and some rubber gloves

Ordered 15th aug now 6th sept and kept getting told over the last two weeks I would receive in 3 days each time. Have now emailed to cancel as I was using one of the boxes for my daughters 17th on 31st aug which has been and gone

2 weeks for delivery acceptable due to shipping in the UK.Well packaged and came gift wrapped as requested.1 item broken in the box,I requested a teenage boy and there were 2 or 3 items in there unsuitable for a boy like the foaming deodorant and body scrub,these were in female scents.could be a picking mistake.there were about 3 items suitable for my boy thats just him the others will give away.All in all its not that bad you get what you pay for.

Was a delight to open the box and explore the products inside. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend them! Not everything will be to everyone's taste but definitely all great products

I ordered 2 the first one was for younger boy and tbh I wasn’t overly happy with what was in it but maybe my little boy was just too young he’s 3 , the second was a women’s one and that was amazing my daughter was very happy with what was inside I will be ordering again

I bought a £49.99 Ladies box and when it arrived one of the items had broken and nail polish was all over a few of the items. I let them know and received a lovely call the next day advising i would receive another box. I mentioned that wasn't why i let them know. 2 days later i received another box, almost identical to the 1st. Customer service was definitely 100%

My mystery box took over a week to arrive and I did have to email but when it did arrive it was full of great stuff and my daughter was very happy with her box we will be ordering more in the future.
