DON’T BE A FOOL, and DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! I won the $300 they say is the minimum redeemable amount. THEN I read they require an extra 1% (0.5) service fee. I won over $314… I tried to redeem $300. It would not let me push confirm even after I entered my information. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!! I pray everyone involved in this deception TRULY gets what they deserve and more!!!

This is how this company operates. They did the same thing to everyone. Order the duvets and they send you pillow cases. I started a fb page where everyone could get together and educate ourselves on what to do with this scam company. I found 30-40 people with the same problem. We have received a refund after we threatened and reported them. Go to Facebook and search for the page. It's called "scam victims of mystery treasures". Email mystery treasures and tell them you have joined a group ty fight them and are reporting them. Demand they give you 100% refunds. Contact econsumer.gov, and ftc.gov. and bbb.org. keep emailing PayPal. Tell them there are lots of people who have been scammed by these people. They will eventually refund your money. Just keep bugging them. Let's get these scammers shut down.

If mystery treasures doesn’t give your money back go to the better business bureau website and report the company. I did and got my money back.

WARNING THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. ALL OF THEIR GOODS COME FROM CHINA....EXCEPT YOU NEVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!

Your company should be shut down for fraud and theft for the past 3 weeks you have made excuse after excuse about your product being shipped and everyday the same thing is on your site to track your items “Shipping Label Created” you have no phone to reach anyone and each email I send I receive a generic email with bs info. This company instead of helping during this time has just taken customers money and not delivered a single one of the 15 items I ordered and paid for in advance

You should have a zero star option! I ordered something, i payed 15 euro and I got a 1 euro pillow case. I reported my issue, i reported THEIR mistake, i repeat THEIR misatake. All they did was offer a 40 % refund, i fought for more refund since it was their mistake(did i say it was their mistake?) and they refused to raise the 40 % refund. I decided to take that refund and guess what, I never got it. Dont order anything from them!

They should all be arrested and fined.
I would give them negative stars if it was an option.
This is a fraudulent company. They are just taking your money, you will never receive their bogus products or offers.
They didn't even reply when I sent them a correction at the moment I ordered.
2 days later they said it was already shipped.
I didn't get the "fake order" for 1 month.
I order 7 blanket sweaters, they sent me .01-valued pillow covers with "merry christmas" on it"
I do NOT even celebrate Christas.
Their website is no longer up.
They do not respond.
They avoid every email and contact with spinning and extending their responses until eventually they stop responding.
They are the scum of the earth.
My bank did a temporary reversal 4 months ago, and just took the money out again.
Now I have to start the claim all over again.

I, just like the other reviewers, had the same exact problem. They acknowledged that they sent me the wrong items, but will not replace them. There has to be some way to get restitution.

This is probably the worst company I've ever done business with. They took my money for 3 Duvets with sleeves. Only gave me a tracking number for China post (which doesn't say where it is once it reached the US) and because China post said it was delivered TO THE US they Automatically assume I received the items.
I ordered them in NOVEMBER it is now FEBRUARY I have received NONE of the items I paid for and customer service thinks I'm lying and refuses to refund me or even send new ones. They only care about your money and will call you a liar because they have an unreliable shipping method.

UPDATE: So after talking with my local mail company turns out I did receive the items. I didn't know it because instead of the Duvets I ordered they sent me 3 CHEAP pillow cases that said happy holidays. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE , ITS A SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I ordered 2 quilts and received two cheap pillow cases, they have retained full payment for quilts and will not refund! PayPal are of no help as shipment tracking of pillow cases has been used as proof of delivery!!!! SO ANGRY!!! Please read all reviews 100% BAD. THIS IS A SCAM.

I've ordered, just like three people below, a blanket with sleeves. Instead I've received a cheap Chinese quality pillowcase!

People, how can we group up and claim our money back? Their solutions are ridiculous. And the company is 100% scam.
