It's a SCAM!!

It's a scam! Based in mainland China, they created multiple accounts with slightly different names. Be prepared; they will steal your money.
I have screenshots of my communication with them promising reimbursement that I never received.

Our business is based in the Netherlands, and our jewelry is handmade by me personally. We have no connection to mainland China as stated in this review. We have therefore requested additional information from the reviewer so that we can investigate this properly.
