Ordered a £61 dress which took 2 weeks to arrive. Badly made and far too small, I’m a UK size 12, ordered the L thinking I could get it altered, and when it finally arrived, it was very short and was more like a size 10. I contacted about sending it back. It took them days to reply. I had to pay £10 shipping to return then £20 customs fees. How am I actually OUT OF POCKET? I’m very frustrated as it doesn’t tell you on the site that you’ll have to pay fees. It’s ridiculous, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a piece for around £50 that I later found out is worth like £14 on Ali Express, double check before buying.

I wish I had read the reviews of this company beforehand. The item I received was completely different to what was shown on picture and substandard material. Returning consisted of being charged for shipping. I’ve decided not to bother wasting anymore money on shipping.

Now I haven’t placed an order with this website. However. I have noticed whilst browsing this website that it has taken pictures of Small Instagram Influencers, without their CONSENT and have posted pictures of “outfits” that they are supposedly selling.
However, the interesting part is that they are all wearing clothes from different brands/companies. That is not linked to this specific brand.
I don’t think these influencers are even aware that their pictures are being used or even know this brand.
This is a BIG red flag 🚩
There is also no linked social media platforms of this brand anywhere.
Please do not buy from this brand as it’s literally false advertising and since you can’t get in touch on a platform. Its most likely a scam

I ordered a couple of dresses from this website for an event. It took a long time for my outfit to arrive from China which put me in a very difficult position as I ordered the dresses nearly a month in advance of a black tie event I was due to attend. When the dresses did arrive, they were a different desing from the image shown and made out of a much cheaper material than what was in the image. It was not well made and was cheap-looking as well. Though I shouldn't have been too surprised considering the cost of the dress. I quickly made the decision to return the dresses which came with another set of challenges, as the company has a policy which requires the buyer to pay for returns and also duties and tax. The people I communicated with were really nice but this did not help much because I ended up having to spend £70 on the dresses, and nearly £30 just to return it! On top of this there were issues with processing the return and the dress was sent back to me, which means I couldn't return the dress and have now spent a total of about £100 for pieces of fabric so cheap I can't even redesign them into something I could actually wear. This was a bad experience for me and I would not recommend this to anyone.
