Absolutely horrible! Please do not order from this company! It's a scam. Their product is nothing as they say it is. I tried to contact them to get my money back. A number of times they would not return any of my emails or calls.
Extremely disappointed

This company sells kitchen witches under several different company names on the internet. The witch I received was nothing like the one pictured on the website, poor quality, the basket was just printed on cloth, etc. I contacted them and they said they would send me an "upgrade" for $20 more. I said no, I just wanted to return it but I did not want to pay return shipping. They offered that they would give me a 50% refund and I could keep it. I said I did not want to keep it and that I would return it if they would pay the return shipping. They refused. I had no sense that they would even refund me if I returned the thing. Luckily I used PayPal so I filed a claim and they got me a full refund.

Such a disappointing company. The witches are nothing as they appear in their advertising. I emailed at least five times and each time get a reply that they will respond within a certain period of time; they do not. I tried calling, they tell you to go to their website and then hang up on you. Better off throwing your money in the trash because that is clearly what I did. So disappointing.

I would give negative stars if possible, but had to give at 1 star. I ordered 2- specific Kitchen Witches as Christmas gifts at the beginning of December. They were finally delivered (from overseas) on Christmas eve, but I had already left for my trip (no big deal). I opened the boxes to find that neither box contained the witches I ordered which is bad enough, but they sent 2-of the same witches with brown skirts and antlers on their head. I tried calling but the phone number directs you to email support. I emailed support and provided photos of what was sent as evidence. Its been over 2-weeks and I still don't have resolution. I have turned the matter over to my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I ordered 1 of each 6 of the witches for my best friends as a Christmas Gift. The witches "accessories" do not look like the photo - they are just thin printed cloth/felt. I am very disappointed especially since they are expensive. One of the witches did not have eyes. I also order the Limited Addition witch and that one was not delivered. I emailed support on 12/20/25 with photos. Dora Englund, Customer Care Support, responded on 12/20/25, and thanked me for attaching pictures of the product received and my case would be forwarded to the appropriate department. I have followed up three times via email with no response. I would not order from this website.

This is a total scam. The witch arrived after weeks of waiting. It was supposed to be a custom, handmade item from the US. It is a mass-produced piece of garbage that does not resemble what I purchased. The tracking had it coming from Hong Kong...so not US as I was led to believe. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother, but there is no way I would gift this to anyone. Do not give this company your money.

Poor customer service when questions occur. I received the same email each time without any further information.
The “ handmade” items arrived, and are Not handmade. They sent item I didnt order without any explanation. Poor quality, cheaply made, not as advertised.
Still waiting on a return address.
Do not buy from this company.

Advertised as hand made, showed up weeks later as cheap knock offs. Customer service decided they weren't going to do anything about it and just kept my money.
These are supposed to be hand made dolls with real fabric and accessories but it's all felt and cheaply printed polyester.
