Quorn Stone provided flooring for our bathroom, kitchen/diner and outdoor patio.

The quality of their showroom in Surrey and the care and efforts of their staff made for an excellent purchasing process.

The tiles themselves were delivered on time and with minimal fuss.

When we required additional top ups because we under ordered they were really helpful and got additional tiles out in a very short time frame which was greatly appreciated.

Special shout out to Georgie who has been a pleasure to correspond with.

Thankful for the excellent customer service team! Melissa Hussey you were prompt and provided a solution to our problem. Thank you! Cant fault the customer service team but I would look at the sizing of the slabs and measurements on delivery. Ours were not as listed which created several challenges when laying and when ordering extra! Luckily Melissa was on hand to support.

A very personable service provided by Anya at Quorn Stone. The process from beginning to end was efficient and accurate. Delivery was on time and full instructions were provided.

Jack was excellent - helpful and knowledgeable. Quornstone is a first class tile emporium.

Pippa at the Harrogate showroom was excellent and made the buying process completely seamless and really enjoyable.

We were very pleased with our visit to the Leicester showroom. Cristina Ristea was extremely helpful in providing us all the information about the tiles and guided us whilst we made our choice. We were not rushed and felt well looked after. We are very pleased with the service received.

A very welcoming experience. After a difficult journey lovely to have a cup of tea! A very good layout of tiles and easy to get a feel for how they look. Great to have samples to be able to take home and check out what they look like.

QUORN have a great display showroom at Harrogate where their products are beautifully displayed. The staff there are really knowledgeable about the products they are selling and provide support where it is needed and provide time to allow one to consider how the tiles would suit the project in hand. Great support throughout

Ezgi welcomed me into their beautiful showroom with a smile and a coffee. She offered me lots of advice on the various options and ordered samples to be delivered to my home. I'm very impressed with Quorn Stone so far.

Had a very lovely lady Louise look after us offering tea/coffee not pestering us and giving us some time to make our choices and then giving us all her attention to make the right choice and answering questions

Had a lovely conversation with Pippa regarding my project and the paving I require. So friendly and helpful. No strong sales pitch just genuinely helpful. This is what customer service should be like. Other companies should get a lesson from Pippa!

Excellent customer service from Simona, knowledgeable and professional. When she didn't know something Simona immediately said "please give me a moment and I'll just check" to return with the information a few minutes later.

Samples are good and when unavailable in store they'll duly post them to your door.

A good selection of tiles for many tastes and applications with a useful website to start with.

A beautiful Quorn showroom in Hertfordshire in idealic countryside setting. Louise spent a good amount of time with us showing us numerous options for our renovation project , ensuring we see the ones we liked in different lighting including natural light. She understood our colour palette and scheme, and was very professional warm and patient in showing us some great options. They have a gorgeous selection of tiles and worth a visit.

Lovely showroom displaying the full range of products with helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Our visit was very productive as it opened our eyes to another selection of Quorn's product options that we feel very comfortable with and will now pursue when ready.

The coffee is good too!
