DO NOT BUY FROM this Chinese company, KINGGO.SHOP, also called ‘MY STORE’ -and whatever other guise and other names they go under!! Grrrr!
I would give MINUS 100 if possible!

They claim ‘gold’ hoop earrings with magnets and ‘germanium’ for lymphatic drainage, knee arthritis and even for slimming! Lol!! Silly me to believe the total lies!
Their advertising is absolutely over the top showing photo and video reviews, which are obviously total hype and completely untrue!!

Earrings have faulty closures, are a cheap base metal that is not even gold plate but just a very light goldish colour, are NOT hypoallergenic, have milky white poor quality stones, and are just total RUBBISH!

STILL no refund from company 4 days after receiving on July 10th, 2024 till now, Aug 2nd, 2024, 3 months later, even after many emails sent, with much stress plus wasted hours and hours on my part!

They firstly apologise for ‘your dissatisfaction’ and ask for photos & videos - but only if faulty, otherwise NO REFUND!!?

Then they tell you how to use the faulty earrings by pulling them up in ears when wearing (????!!)!!!

They then offered 20%partial refund if I kept their rubbish but I asked them why would I want to pay £24 less £4.80 refund for a faulty item that can’t be worn and that doesn’t help drainage or slimming as claimed either?!
Also, I didn’t trust their refund would happen anyway with all the excuses they were giving me not to refund in full!

Then more excuses not to totally refund me when they offered 40% refund to keep their faulty product so I would still be paying them £24 minus £9.60, so £14.40 for total rubbish!?

I had requested, with every single email, a TOTAL FULL refund and return postage paid by them, as the earrings were faulty, but they then said I would have to pay the return postage TO China which wasn’t worth it as it would cost ME £15 ($20).

After many attempts to find out their return address anyway, I was very suspicious as it wasn’t the same as their return address on my package originally sent to me!!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I’m sticking to British products from now on and certainly won’t buy via Facebook again!

Purchase a Crown Royal Hawaiian shirt that took 5 weeks and ended up being shipped just km from my home. Shirt arrived stained in the package and vendor won't take it back. Instead offered me a $5 credit towards my next purchase. Useless when I will never buy from them again.

Serious scammers here. List a product as an Apple Watch and after purchase changed the description. These sellers should be charged with fraud

Ordered a Baby Yoda that moves & makes noises in March....After Several Emails back n forward was always on it's way etc.....I finally received it yesterday, well like I mean the plastic yoda that is nothing like what I paid for....Cowboys, Absolute Disgrace...And now they have removed the site or simply blocked me from getting intouch with them 😡 ***Please Dont Order From Them***

Fraudulent. Ordered apple watch and received a fake. Can't view website anymore and a customer service won't respond now!

Got my knock off Apple Watch today even though they show a video of a guy opening a real Apple Watch. Don’t order from here nothing is as advertised.

Do not use.

43 days in transit so far and no sign of my item. Other goods ordered from China have arrived within 2 weeks.

Customer service is appalling with replies being both rude and containing no information.

Will never order from this place again!

I purchased a Baby Yoda with sounds and animations. The item came from China, so took 4 weeks to arrive, that was not stated when purchase. Eventually when it did arrive, Baby Yoda did not make any sounds or move, in fact it was a very cheap plastic copy. Despite several emails with the owner, they would not give me their return address, they would not issue me a full refund nor send me the item I ordered.
