This is an AWESOME COMPANY & quality product.
I ordered a personalized book for my mom for an up coming baby shower for her great great nephew, we are not computer savvy. So I did my best to order this awesome book & was able to hit preview & send it to my mom. When she received the preview I was able to send her, I could hear her voice change with excitement. So with that I placed the order, then & promotion popped up & I went to place another order for my sister & I then with excitement, I reviewed my options for another personalized book . When it came time to place my order I must have missed something or not paid attention as to how the promotion process went. But I placed my order any way. I then contacted the company & the customer service support was so helpful & amazingly responded quick. When I received my 2 books we were ABSOLUTELY THRILLED!!! I would not hesitate to order again.
