These people are scumbags. They upsell you putting extra things in your cart and rip you off.
They do not work either…

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Did not receive order and no refund was processed please do not fall victim to this scam!

Ordered end of Jan. Shipping would take a few business days (3-5). After a few weeks I started mailing back and forth. They made several promises of shipping the item, personally oversee everything. After 6 weeks I started requesting my refund.

2 months after paying for the order and over 20 e-mail later with false promises I haven't received anything. Not my product or my money. This is a total scam!

They aren't good. For nearly £50 they don't make you sleepy. They don't change sleep quality. Still the same as I was before I started them.

First off their Gummies suck and will not help you sleep and I got their free trial and that’s how they get you. If you try to cancel it they will tell you to go to their website and click on manage my account and It will send you an email verification which will never come and they have another option where you can reset your password or login using your password and email which will not work and it will say that your email does not exist and and the thing that is so scummy is the fact that if you add something to your cart and leave it they will send you an email saying you left something in your cart as of right now I’m trying to find out how to cancel this dumb subscription before it charges me $38. I went on here to see if anyone else found a way I’ve already tried contacting the customer service.

First off, the gummies are overbearingly sweet and hardly did anything. Ate all five of the sample gummies and nada.

Second, all I ordered was a sample, that was on July 11, 2023. Today, July 21, 2023, I was charged $38.21 for a full jar, something I DID NOT authorize. Keyword is “did not.”

I’m very big on receiving some form of correspondence letting me know that another purchase is GOING to made, but I received nothing from Sweet Dreams. Out of every email I received, none of them said I was going to be charged anything post purchase of the sample I ordered. From my experience, this poor, and I mean very poor business practice. It’s shady, it’s unprofessional, and it kills whatever faith I had in this random company that appears more on Tik Tok than any other social media platform I visit.

So long story short, if you order, make sure these jokers don’t pull a fast one and charge you for something you didn’t order or authorize. $38 might be chump change, but on the day I’m writing this, that was my gas money, and now I’m half wondering how I’m going to get to work. That aside, screw this company. I might come off as a Karen or whatever, but I take my money seriously, even it’s just pennies or dimes.

I tried these hoping they would work. I usually work with Melatonin and that gets me to sleep but it doesn't help me stay asleep. These never even got me to sleep. I would take 30mins before bed thinking I would drowsy at bedtime, but nope. On a side note, I live in Texas and the item was melted when it got to me. It was expedited by USPS. I'm sure the black packaging doesn't help. It's not even that hot yet.

These gummies are very good in taste. They help me fall asleep within 10-15 mins and I stay asleep all night. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a good nights sleep.

These gummies did not work for me at all. I was hoping I would get some sleep relief but it didn't provide that! I suffer from insomnia and have tried 100s of products , I will have to continue my search for sleep! 😢

Purchase on reviews, totally Disappointed, I haven't had the experience that I read about. Actually I didn't sleep at all, I suffer with insomnia and was hoping it would work. Wasted money.

I love these gummies. Very convenient and effective. I use very often you will get quality sleep and stay sleep. I highly recommend this product to those who need help sleeping and staying asleep.

The Strawberry and Vanilla gummies sent me straight to sleep! I've been struggling with getting good quality sleep as I usually find myself working late at night, but since I've started using the gummies I'm able to go to sleep with ease. THE BEST sleep gummies I’ve ever tried. Taste and performance wise these are 10/10. I am someone that gets their sleep schedule out of whack often and the always works as a hard reset. Take one, and you’re OUT.

DO NOT order from this company! They charged me for an item I didn’t want and then after I cancelled the order, they said they had issued a refund, but I never got my money back. After that, it became impossible to get a response from them. I have emailed several times (and got a delivery failure when I used the email address on their homepage), messaged on Facebook and Instagram, and submitted multiple customer service requests on their website and only managed to get a single response that basically said they couldn’t (wouldn’t) reissue the refund. They are super sketchy and should not be in business - there are way better products out there from companies that won’t steal your money.
