Not really serious and forcing tracker apps on you

I signed up with them months ago, getting whole 2 job interviews in multiple Months. The first one was canceled because they needed 4 days to prepare a templated contract. The second one was canceled because they forced me to install tracker software which i wasnt ok with because of misunderstanding data security concerns (spionage software) with which the customer was ok with but they not. Imo waste of time. They also need a day to respond to emails..I didnt had the feeling that this is a serious company.
