Cool concept, Terrible system
I placed an order in January and waited the time for my order only for my order to be lost, reshipped,refund and reshipped again. They did process the refund quickly im grateful for that but the reason my order was messed up in the first place was because they were closing or moving warehouse. Almost 9 months later I get the same order from them again because the same reason. They need to improve their system. I thought I was done dealing with them 9 months ago I clearly was wrong.
