Start with secure messages from your phone and share relevant photos or records through Spruce. Your clinician may arrange a video visit when needed and will explain if in-person care is more appropriate. Quick Care and eligible prescription-refill evaluations are $40. STI and sexual-health consultations are $59; mental-health visits and In-Depth Medical Visits are $75. Medication and laboratory charges are separate. Treatment and prescriptions depend on a clinical assessment. We are a cash-pay practice and do not submit consultation claims to insurance. HSA/FSA accepted.
