I am using Teracube thrive for my 11 year old. It is working great. this is his first phone and we give him a handful of apps that he really wants. I choose what apps he can have and set time limit on them. we can track his location and call him. Tercaube wireless service works well.
Confused. Looking at Teracube's replacement batteries for the 2e phone, it says: 'Notify Me When Back In Stock'. What does that mean? Are they in stock or not?
Also, why can't Teracube include a charger, a plug and two batteries in the box? Smartphones need to be functional.

While we do include a cable, we did remove the charger in order to cut down on the amount of redundant features that customers already have to limit the environmental impact of our phone and its packaging. We don't include 2 batteries for a similar reason, especially since not everyone will want an extra battery. We apologize for this inconvenience. I like the concept of more ecological phones with a long warranty and being able to change the spare parts by myself, but the phone itself is really bad.
Of course, it is not that fast and the camera is awful, but that is kind of expected, but what it makes it a bad phone is that just after I bought it, the battery or its sensor was not working well and it was detecting a way lower battery level and turning off, then one day the phone fell to the ground, not a big fall while having the screen protector and protective case, and the screen got destroyed, then I ordered and changed the half part containing the screen and after a couple of months this screen is falling off, and the phone is resetting every time it has a minor contact to something else, like putting it on the table. It is not ecological within a year. And of course, the phone is not that fast and the camera is way too bad

i puchase the Teracube 2 in Febuary 2023. October 2nd the screen fell off. The imcompetence of the customer service was appalingly. As of 10/23/2023 no phone like I ordered.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Did you not receive a protective case with the package? It should be included with all phones. And, yes, based on the price point, it doesn't have the same camera capabilities and features as an Apple or Samsung Smartphone, but we feel like it's affordably priced relative to its feature sets. Not to mention, we also have an industry-leading warranty.
