I purchased the watches for my 9yrs old son and 7yrs old daughter for last Christmas. It was a big hit! They wear them all the time, to school, to after school activities and to playdates. They now have ways to communicate with me and do a video call and even takes photos with their friends. The best part is that I can control their access by setting up "Do not Disturb" during their school hours! Highly recommend!

We have three school age children and each has a watch. They are extremely helpful with communicating with them. As well as the communicate with each other. During school hours we have it set for them not to use.
Today, I had to order a replacement wristband due to my son being adventurous. When ordering the replacement I had several questions. Each question was answer. Also customer service is very responsive and polite.

My experience was amazing because it was such a seamless process. We are repeat buyers as my little one had the TickTalk 4. The band cane off and we were unable to replace the band. I contacted customer service and once I reached a representative that knew what I was trying to do, the process was seamless. I was pretty unhappy that I had to replace my daughter's TickTalk 4 simply because of a broken band. The representative I chatted with Jorge offered a good discount after I asked about the possibility. Because of the discount I was happy to upgrade.

I had an issue with my first TickTalk 5 about a month after I first purchased it, and it was under warranty so they replaced it. The new one has a cracked screen, as I did not realize that I should put screen protectors in it. I will definitely do that moving forward. Throughout all of these issues the customer service team has always been very understanding and helpful with replacements and advice. I love the watch as it helps my kiddo keep in touch with us when he needs to. I feel
