I bought a Ticktalk watch for my child this year. I can call and video chat with my child anytime when he is outside. I can also locate him at any time, so I don’t worry about him getting lost. The setup is also super simple. The main functions are calling, texting, video, taking photos, tracking, SOS. It does not support downloading games, and the only entertainment function is probably listening to music. I think I like this watch more than my child⌚️

Amazing product. Works fast and is seamless. Allows me to feel comfortable with my child leaving the house. It also has alarms to tell them when to one home.

The watch arrived very quickly and was extremely user friendly to set up. My 6 year old loves it and wears it every day and we have had no issues. Customer service has been great and helpful. I’ve recommended this watch to two others and they all enjoy it as well.

We love the watch so far. Unlike the typical smartwatch, you can use a voice line for this which is actually cheaper for us than a watch line. Watch itself is mostly like other smartwatch but what sets it apart is the whole ecosystem. You have full control as parents on who is able to contact your kid. The gps functions well so you know the location of your loved one.

Site was easy to use, quick payment. I’m surprised about all the positive reviews of the watch and now I’m expecting to have it soon!

My daughter loves the watch and the fact that she can message and call her friends and grandparents. I love it because I can see where she is and call her to tell her to come home.

We are very happy with the TickTalk that we purchased for our 4th grader. It has no internet, no distracting games/apps, and only allows calls in and out to approved contacts. Our son uses this as a “flip phone,” and we feel safe allowing him to have this device. It holds a charge well and feels well-made. It is easy to setup and use (from the parent and TickTalk watch side). Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

The watch has a “camera” and FaceTime-like function. These functions are just Ok but we don’t mind as we don’t use them. In fact, I wish that it didn’t have these capabilities, as I see no need for a child to have access to a camera/facetime.

The worst customer support and experience I've ever had.
I can't use the watch TickTalk 5 since I received 86 days ago, I opened a ticket more than 41 days ago and literally nothing useful was provided from TickTalk side at all, and they take tons of days to respond!
I don't believe that support team are ignoring customers this way, wondering if they've ever knew about something called customer service and satisfaction.

I bought this smartwatch as a gift for my five-year-old son’s birthday, and we’ve been pleasantly surprised. He can easily make video calls, send voice messages, and even create a family chat group. Despite being only five, he finds the features easy to use. My favorite part is the Parent Portal in the app. I set the watch to "Do Not Disturb" during school hours, allowing him to check the time but not be distracted. During lunch, he can video call me to show what he’s eating. After school, I track his bus so I don’t have to wait long at the bus stop. Overall, both my son and I love this watch.

Customer service is great. Regarding any kind of warranties and replacement. The watch lacks the water resistance expected, however, what do you expect in a world filled with kids and electronic devices. Overall, the watches have functioned exactly the way that we expected. Increased functionality with text messaging would be helpful overall.

The watch is really easy for kids to learn and the app works great. Texting is a breeze and keeps my kid connected. The gps feature works quite well.

I just got ticktalk 5 for my daughter. But the button 0 is unresponsive, and we have to press several times to enter number 0. but it doesn't happen to other numbers. It's very annoying. Much more, I tried to ask for help by live chat, but nobody answered me, never! Both button 0 and live customer support are unresponsive. very disappointed

It was so easy to review the product features and specs. It was simple to add to my cart and check out. I love that you have multiple payment options as I prefer to use Paypal.

Love this watch and the peace of mind I get when my child starts walking to school this year. We are a limited screen time family and Tick Talk 5 allows us to be connected without worrying about access to the internet or other screen traps. They also have a great back to school sale of which I missed but I called in and a gentlemen named Jorge Davalos helped me get a refund on the bundle. I so appreciate it as a cost conscious parent.

A suggestion for future updates, we would love to see a map app to help kids find their way home. What a great and thoughtful technology that encourages independence safely.
