Mytools screens bad product reviews out

Brought this Linishall BG8L 8" Grinder With Belt/Disc Attachment, no matter what i do, I can not get the belt to run true, can adjust it to run true for a minut then it will kick off again, I rang mytools and they didnt want to know about it, the said ring the manufacture, rang them, and they want me to post the whole bench grinder to them at my cost and return postage at my cost, I have placed this bad feedback on the sites review system multible times, but never gets published so you know they screen all the bad reviews of the products they sell.
