Highly recommended! Super simple and easy to set up. Very efficient process for ordering. The prices is very good (the cards are great quality).

After my initial order (see previous review), I placed a bulk order.
Order placed (Sunday)
1 day approval (Monday)
Next day notification re shipping (Tuesday)
Delivered Thursday.

Minor issues
£9.99 next day delivery!
The website advises bulk order delivery by FedEx who I am a customer of, so I checked and they did not have anything.
Received order on Thursday pm via DPD
Tracking number would solve this.

Overall, top marks for Top Trumps. Thank you.

Appalling Customer Service.

The finished cards are excellent but the process was fairly painful. I'm not an IT expert and found it quite time consuming to upload my pictures- some formats just didn't work but there wasn't any guidance. The templates were inflexible- the box where I wanted to write the persons name didn't have enough space for longer names or middle names or couples' names. It would gave been better if you could expand the boxes, and do some other basic customisation within the templates.
It would have been better to do on my phone as that's where my photos are. I tried but it was unusable really.
There was a problem (at their end) with my payment card and customer services were rather unresponsive.
But the results were worth it. Really pleased with them.

The website is easy to use, save and return to projects.
Easy to upload pictures and edit. Quick turn around and high class product.
Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I really struggled with this order. The issues I had were:
- No info on site about requirements for uploading images, it took me 3-4 days to get a response on the format needed (which they could have just written on-site).
- After I placed my order, no info at all for 12 days - it was like my order fell into a black hole.
- No response to multiple requests for what was going, their customer service team never replied.

I was ordering these for work purposes for a client. Toptrumps informed me they would take ten days to arrive, and I allowed 15 days in total from when I first tried to place my order. They didn't show up, and I had to completely change the workshop I had planned into something different with just a few hours notice.

I would recommend only ordering from this company if you have no timescale in mind for when you need the item and do not need customer service support.

Ordered from here start of January for a valentines day present. Item not delivered. Customer service is appalling, sent emails and called with no answer from both. No tracking number received.

I made an order on the 28th October for a birthday present in November. I have still not received the cards and the team has been very unhelpful.

I ordered a set of customised Top Trumps on the 4th December. I am still waiting for the set to be delivered. The set was meant to be a Christmas present for my children. I wrote to the company on 20th December to inform that the product had not arrived and that I had received no information about tracking or delivery beyond the generic page on the company website. It is now the 30th December and despite having emailed twice and reached out on Twitter, nobody has even replied to me. On top of this, the functionality of the website is clunky, poor and ill thought out, with the system for saving sets and accessing uploaded photos a mess. This is such a shame, as I could have envisaged using this service quite a few times.

Ordered 3 decks in November as Christmas gifts and to allow plenty of time for processing and shipping from UK to Ireland.
Supposedly my order shipped on the 4th of December.... and yet here I am the day after Christmas without any sign of my order and with no reply from customer service. No tracking number was provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail and support never replied to provide one, so not sure if this order was ever even sent in all honesty.

I ordered so many items from the UK to Ireland over the Christmas period and all have arrived and yet this somehow couldn't make it?

Not sure if the below positive reviews are accurate or if any negative ones are removed, but this service was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Never again.

Royal Mail didn't deliver my original order and I had an event I needed the product for so I asked to reorder and they sent it special delivery free of charge and it came in time.
Very fun product and excellent customer service.
