Prompt efficient friendly knowledgeable

There was excellent communication regarding the rental of the Travelscoot, with emails and phone calls confirming delicery and collection, together with advice on where to find videos to help with putting the scooter together on arrival.
The Travelscoot itself was fantastic for getting around the airport and quick and easy to fold down to go on the plane.
We went to Rome, where the public footpaths are not really designed for people in wheelchairs or on scooters, but that meant that the size and nippiness of the scooter made it possible to navigate the paths for the most part. My own scooter would have been impossible to use and I would have had to go on the roads.
We were able to use any size taxi to travel around, as the scooter will stand unfolded in a van and collapse easily to fit in a boot.
We went on trains and buses without having to prebook disability services, which gave us incredible flexibility.
I would highly recommend a Travelscoot for the independence that it offers and the ease and convenience when it comes to travel.

I sent for a extra part and it didn't take long to arrive. All my dealings with travelscoot has gone very smoothly and no delays. And they are very helpful if you have a query or problems.

I took my nine-year-old travelscoot delux to Paul for a service and to fix an intermittent power issue. He worked really hard trying to solve a very tricky problem. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

It’s easy for me to lift into my car and very easy to operate. I’ve been out on it every day since I bought it and had my first solo dog walk today. My dog isn’t worried by the scooter and it’s so easy to go slowly and keep stopping while she has a sniff.

I have the Travelscoot Escape, great little machine. Works really well over gravel and grass. I have bought the seat suspension attachment as I'll be going over cobbles on holiday. Folds up really easily and quite easily lifted into the back of my Nissan qashqai.

Helpful advice on the phone, diagnosed the issue straight away and suggested a solution. Was a worn out, old charger and not the battery as I thought.

Ordered a new charger on line in the afternoon at a very reasonable price and it arrived next day. Remarkable!!
