Total scammers
Total scammers. Bought tickets for the Louvre Museum, they then contacted and said date was not available? Have a date when I was no longer in Paris. Refunded me money paid for tickets but then scammed me out of 79 euros for a subscription I had not signed upto?
I cancelled it immediately: offered me 20% refund when I complained! I refused and instead my bank disputed it on my behalf!
should be a 0 star
The company charged £0.79 for online check in, which was never successful, then they used the credit card you provided for the original payment to do subscription without you realised it. This subscription is quaterly, so if you didn't realise it, they would charge you again in three months time for nothing. I contacted them for refund, they refused. Will dispute through with my credit card company. Absolute fraud!
My account is charged twice
My account is charged twice, it should be charged .79 Euro for check-in fee but instead my account is charged of £69 pounds equivalent. I don’t know what’s this charge all about. I need a refund as I have no consent on this.
Trying to get a refund for a cancelled…
Trying to get a refund for a cancelled flight is so far proving impossible
Scammers
Scammers! We have never even heard of this company, let alone used them! We have 2 recurring charges from them and they can't prove that we signed up to their services! They won't issue any refund and they are located in Cyprus, probably on the Turkey owned side of Nicosia, the capital. I guess they can get away with any type of scam over there! You think you are calling a U.K. number but it just goes to them in Nicosia!
Scam scam
Scam scam! I shall never forgive anyone behind this…may you never be happy in your life
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY..BEWARE…
I have been waiting 4 months for a refund for a cancelled flight! Mytrip's system shows they have received the refund from Wizzair but they keep insisting they have not
Biggest scam
Biggest scam, don't go anywhere near, thankfully Barclays gave me my money back
Take money from your bank / credit card
Take money from your bank / credit card without authority. Wish I could tell you how to prevent it fr happening but apparently when you pay for something a subscription is triggered and if you do get a notification that you have signed up for something, it likely hits your junk folder so if you dont see it, you aren’t informed and you dont have the opportunity to cancel during the trial month. When you dispute they offer a 20% -50% discount but refuse to refund
They have hidden charges everywhere
They have hidden charges everywhere
I used them once in June this year and now they're trying to charge me £79 for a Subscription that i NEVER agreed to.
I've tried calling them today and been on hold for 50 minutes (at the time of writing this review).
My bank have placed a block on them so they can never charge me anything again and have advised me that, if they dont issue the refund, they'll log it a disputed transacation. Fraud team already award. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
SCAM
SCAM - I also got 79 euros taken from my bank without informed consent-AVOID OR IT WILL COST YOU !!!!
Scam- stealing funds from unsuspecting clients
This site is a scam on unsuspecting customers being trapped by some fine print and funds being stolen from their credit cards. Yesterday again they stole Euro 79 from my account despite my protest few months back for the similar fraud.
I am another guy who felt for the scam…
I am another guy who felt for the scam of 1$ check-in and then got scammed with the unauthorized subscription of 79$. I had to block my debit card so I won´t get any unauthorized payment from this company ever again, and I had to fill a complaint to my bank to see if I recover the money. In addition, I sent an email to My Trip Online but probably they won´t care at all. Just be careful with these guys.
Dirty Scam Company Avoid!
Scum bags trying to take £79 each month 🤬
Fell for the scam and got charged 79 euros
I fell for the scam and got charged 79 euros while I was travelling in Europe. My-Trip-Online declined to refund and are offering 20% back. The financial institution (Wise) declined the chargeback, because according to them the page mentions that there is 79 euro subscription and it's not just a 1 euro check-in. I'm amazed how such a company is able to exist despite so many complaints.
Do not use this company
Like everyone else I bought a single use fast track ( without reading the reviews first - didn’t have time); subsequently £79 came out of my bank account. I managed to cancel online but noticed they’re based in Cyprus, avoiding certain laws. Will report to my bank in the morning.
My Trip Online is effectively a scam
My Trip Online is effectively a scam. I paid one euro for a check in service which unknowingly locked me in to a subscription costing 80 euro per month. They may also go by the name of Travel Dashboard.

Faulty service. Scammers.
Faulty service. Trying to scam 79 EUR for a subscription.
Avoid this company – misleading and dishonest subscription trap
I paid €9 for a one-time Fast Track airport service, which was clearly advertised as a single purchase. Weeks later, I discovered recurring subscription charges that I never authorised, was never informed about, and never received any confirmation email for.
When I contacted the company, they refused to refund me in full and only offered 20 % as a “goodwill gesture”, claiming I had agreed to terms I never saw. They could not provide a single email proving that I had accepted a subscription or a free-trial conversion.
This kind of hidden subscription model is deceptive and unethical — taking advantage of travellers who think they’re paying for a simple Fast Track airport pass. I’ve now reported the case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for investigation.
If you see “FastTrack My Trip Online” or “assistonline.uk”, do not enter your card details. Pay directly at the airport instead. This company’s behaviour is borderline fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs.
