The help through the mail was insufficient and slow to cancel my subscription. And they blackmail you into giving them a positive review 4 or 5 stars otherwise they will not refund you your funds. I received my refund 9 months later.

I asked for assistance via email for an unforseen incident I did not expect to happen. And with all honesty I did not expect to receive a response rught away. But Elsa made it possible. In less than 24hrs she was able to provide the assistance I needed. Kudos for the swift responce and keeping me updated on each step that needs to be done to resolve my concern.
