If you need corrections or additions don’t hold your breath
The initial appointment is a breeze but if you ask for any additional documents or corrections you will get the run around. I had my appointment within 1 day. I did their online questionnaire and uploaded the necessary documents from my HR site for them to fill out. Within 24hrs of having my initial consult I received my FMLA forms but they didn’t fill out the ones I uploaded. They filled out generic Labor Department forms. I requested that they redo and I’ve got such a run around that my HR department just gave up and asked me to transfer the info to our forms and submit that with their generic documents. Not ideal. Then, since the approval is not in place yet I have to produce a sick note to excuse my absence until the FMLA approval comes through. I requested said note and again, I am getting the run around. If the initial appointment takes 24hrs from start to finish why am I waiting 5 days for a simple sick note?

I had a WONDERFUL experience in dealing with Trust Medical. I was in a bit of a bind when I was ill and had to miss time from work, and Trust Medical was there for me during that time. I had to miss 5 days of work and was unable to see my doctor due to them being fully booked. I didn’t know what to do, so I scoured the internet to try to see if I could get a doctors note for work, low and behold, I landed on Trust Medical, and they provided me with such quick, seamless, and high quality results that it was really amazing.
