So this offer of free supplement came…

So this offer of free supplement came thru via my Vodafone, pay for postage only. I've just found out that 2 payments of £82 & £85 have been debited from my bank account, allegedly I made 2 visa debit card authorisations, which I didn't. I hope I can get my money back and that no further payments are taken from my account. Contacting my bank as I type! Crooks.

Promised refund never paid

The promised refund never showed up. I'm now hoping my credit card company will refund me, but they're taking their time....

Steer well clear of this rip-off 'health' company. Quite apart from the fraud, their products are useless.

If I could put no stars I would

If I could put no stars I would.

Scammers - scammers and scammers - order my free trial with £3.95 PP - item plus another arrived ( charged me additional £2.50 that I wasn’t made aware of ).

14 days later they took £76 and £79 out of my bank account with no authorisation!!! And no additional products.

Cancelled my card and spoke to bank - bank refunded me as long as it was proven I hadn’t authorised them!

Bank now taken that money back as somehow the HSBC fraud team have received proof that i authorised the payment - no email from Ultra Health showing confirmation to me but they manage to prove to Fraud team - total joke!

Don’t touch them with a barge pole and HSBC will be getting a nasty letter too!

I had 2 payments come out my account…

I had 2 payments come out my account £82.00 and £85.00 on the 21st of February I immediately contacted my bank they started a investigation also cancelled my card and put a stop on the payments. I thought that's it all sorted but NO! On the 21st march same again £82.00 and £85.00. I've been on the phone to the bank again and we have just managed to work out it's this company. I've had many missed calls from 0330 numbers like the ones being discussed in these comments. Keep a eye on your bank accounts people!

To be fair

To be fair, the same thing happened to me after the “free trial” but after ringing I was told a refund would be sent to my bank . I can’t complain about the service at all. Very understanding and helpful person on the phone.

I received a parcel from ultra life…

I received a parcel from ultra life delivered by Hermes today which I didn't order, tried to email them but got sent back,so phoned and was told that I had signed up for a monthly delivery,I only asked for free trial and had to pay postage,I saw nothing about cancelling in 14days.i contacted my credit card company and they gave me a refund and sent me a new card, when I told the person at ultra health she basically told me I was wrong and that they could still get my money,I told her I wanted to cancel, she said ok so will see what happens.my credit card company assured me that they cannot get any more money from me and that it was probably a tactic to get my new details.

Obviously by reading this you have more…

Obviously by reading this you have more than likely been duped out of money. They took £327 out of my account for a purchase costing £2.95 and £4.95 p and p. Silly me there is no such thing in this world as a 'free lunch'. Payments authorised by Visa have now been refunded to me. Do contact your bank and tell them about the fraud.

This is a nasty scam.

This is a nasty scam. Dishonest. They manage to take money out of your account months after you've cancelled. Fraudulent in every possible way. Its a Point of Sale transaction which seems to work like a Direct debit. I have informed my bank fraud department. Today I have been advised that Hermes is delivering 'my parcel' from Ultra Health. Not ordered or wanted but you bet they'll charge a fortune for it. Tomorrow I will be contacting the police.

Just had my bank statement seen one…

Just had my bank statement seen one payment of £79 and one of £76 looked like phone numbers in my statement. Decided to try to phone to see if they were. A girl answered so I told her she said I had signed up to a subscription trial of 14 days. So said i just wanted to see how much things were. She said she would cancel the subscriptions and refund £155. The firms on my statement were ULTRA360PLUS and VITASHAPE and BOTH OF THESE ARE THE SAME FIRM their phone numbers are 03303801389, 0330380138 ( VITASHAPE) And 03303801377 (ULTA360PLUS).
I shall phone them again but in the mean time go to bank and get them block from taking any more money.
