Consolidation Service is Excellent

Overall I have been happy with my experience, with only a couple of issues in a couple of years using MyUS. Communication has been good throughout and I have been satisfied with the service.

Bunch of scammers it’s been a month since these people received my package … can’t reach customer service …. !!! AVOIDD AVOID ! They are going to thief your items and you will never receive it

I did upload my order/commercial…

I did upload my order/commercial invoice for about 7 days in multiples ways and always go an automated reply that it was rejected. I contacted the support team, advising that I had uploaded the details as usual and that I didn’t know what else to do. The support team only go back to me after the 3rd email I believe, saying that all was finalized now. It wasn’t the usual great experience and I have no idea what went wrong. Something was definitely amiss on the MyUS side but I didn’t get any explanation nor apology. I do not use MyUS regularly and the previous experiences were always! I just want to make this clear

Terrible customer service, stay away from this company

Terrible customer service, there is no way to contact them, no one ever replies to their whatsapp number, I emailed them no response. What a shame, at least provide the option to contact a person. Will never use them again.

If you have been a victim of fraud by this company, I strongly encourage you to file a formal complaint through the official consumer protection channels in Florida:
1. FDACS (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services): Handles complaints about deceptive or unfair trade practices.
2. FTC (Federal Trade Commission): Accepts reports of federal consumer protection violations.

The more complaints are submitted, the more likely authorities will review the company’s practices and take appropriate legal action.

They have being holding my package for…

They have being holding my package for over a month now , even after uploading proof that it’s a pr package . They keep asking for an invoice. Customer service is really poor! I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience

So far everything good

So far everything good. I would like to have the option each time for the familiy member to have a place to pick up the package instead of having to wait and entire day for the delivery. But other than that, and the slow communication, pretty good.
