Have not refunded an unneeded BOI
Have spent time to contact them multiple times to provide a refund for a BOI service that wasn't needed (confirmed by the company who does the BOI service for them). Many times no response is received without following up with them again, and when they respond, it's essentially the same answer. "It has been mentioned to the manager and will be processed in a few days." However, for more than half the time, they said the company who performs that service on their behalf had to initiate the refund. Contacted the other company and they were responsive and helpful, but they discovered it needs to come through myusacorporation. Then I contacted an agent at myusacorporation and related all of this to them, and they confirmed the refund does need to come through myusacorporation. The agent also said they sent it again to the manager, along with the issues that I related to them. This was on 12/18 and unfortunately no refund, and no new update yet. This has caused a lot of wasted time. Had heard good things about them from some people before opting for them, but now I perceive that they simply don't want to refund this amount.
