I had the vapor clean tr6 for over 14 years, It was amazing. When it broke down I replaced it with the newer model pro6. It broke down after only 3 years of light residential work. The company does not allow you to write any reviews on their site. That is why all the reviews are all 5 stars. Just a heads up for everyone out there. I am going to give Dupray a try this time hoping for better lasting quality.
I paid almost $900 for a steam clean machine in 2024 and we used it almost 12 hours. Then, in 2025, I needed to use it again and, although it was cleaned up and stored properly, the pressure gauge would not send the steam through the delivery wand. The company wanted upward of $300 to fix it so I bought another machine for more than $1000.
That machine was "iffy" but worked for about 5 hours and then it completely died.
The customer service person (always same girl) said we did not watch enough videos and we just did not use it properly.
Now it would cost me upward of $500 to get it fixed.
This company sells very bad steam machines and it is my personal belief that their 5-star reviews are fake.
I ordered a vapor clean machine Magnum XP and while the machine was in transit to get delivered we figured out it wasn't the correct machine. Due to the staff not being able to answer any questions about the machine. Specifically the water lift on the machine. So we needed to return it.
NOWHERE on the site shows a return policy. It's extremely hard to find. Still have not found it.
So we returned the item to sender, contacted vapor clean about it and they charged us over $500 to return a machine that has never been used, never opened and never in our possession.
Very bad customer service. We will be releasing a video as well of this situation with all the written communication and length of time it took them to respond to everything.
