Waste of time

It's companies like this that give shopping online a bad name.
I waited 2 weeks without my order being delivered then e mailed them, asking if they've posted my order. They ignored the e mail. I rang the phone number on their website after waiting another 2 weeks. I was met by an angry women complaining and asking why I was ringing at 7pm? After saying to her I still haven't received my order that I placed a month ago and had no reply to my e mail, this still didn't seem to bother her, and replied "we've been very busy"
I will not be ordering from this company again and urge you to not to waste your time and do the same.
