Paid €60 for 3 reports. Phoned up because promotion codes were not working. Got abused on the phone by a rude member of staff who loved repeating my name back to me. Unprofessional childlike behaviour by the operator, I would not recommend them.

I have used myvehicle.ie several times before buying a vehicle and it has saved my bacon before.

The staff are very friendly to deal with and I currently use no other service other than myvehicle.

Bought the report for 15 euro. The report stated that VAT was owed on the vehicle which I can confirm is a NI reg car, making the VAT claim incorrect. I rang and spoke to Gavin who was sure that this was indeed correct and tried to persuade me this is the case. I don't think he or the system understands that VAT is only due on new vehicles or vehicles less than 6 months old. Waste of time and money! None the wiser after paying and I don't care what government companies use the site go off and spend your money elsewhere, its rubbish and the if you do make the mistake of buying it goodluck trying to convince the know it all on the phone otherwise. Speak or use a website in the know

Okay service, but for the love of god stop spamming me with emails. I paid and used your service to get some information on a bike I was buying, that's all I wanted, so stop trying to upsell stuff I don't need or want....ffs

I got five emails, not one, so the response that you send "one" isn't really true.

Absolute con job. Looking at buying a car from Northern Ireland and the dealer said it doesn't need customs to be paid when importing to the South.
Bought this report for €7.50 that just adds vat and customs regardless, but it's not specific to the car I'm looking at.
It can't know I'm due to pay customs when it doesn't know what country the car is registered in, and on what dates.
Feel robbed and none the wiser.

Just paid €7.50, for information I already knew, I only wanted to check milage. I wasn't looking for a vrt charge as the car is on irish plates, as when my report came 9 pages long the first 2 were clear, the rest were blurred. Don't waste your money, right after this review, the company emailed me which feels threatening a long winded complaint.

Further to our previous response to your complaint, we must reiterate that we have absolutely no control over the report choice a customer makes and when a customer chooses the wrong report, it certainly is ill-advised to leave what could be considered a libelous public statement in a review.

What has been put into the public domain, namely, that our service is “false” is not a verifiable fact. MyVehicle.ie along with our parent company, VMS (Vehicle Management System) are bona fide companies that are highly regarded in the automotive, insurance, banking and finance industries.

The statement you made is simply not correct and any perception you may have is not based on any mistake on our part but based on your own choice of report. We are sure you can appreciate that we have absolutely no control over the choice a customer makes. We are now kindly requesting that you immediately remove your Trustpilot review please.

I was about to purchase a van for work and decided to have MyVehicle.ie run a search on a vehicle and lucky for me it turned out that there was Hire Purchase issues still on the vehicle . This was really useful because if I purchased the vehicle the hire purchase agreement would follow me. MyVehicle staff were so professional and easy to deal with and I’m sure they saved me thousands of Euro. Needless to say I didn’t buy the van . Thanks My Vehicle.ie

Website claims to show the VIN number in the report, but doesnt. Ripped off.
Gave it 2 starts because the service was simple to use and the rest of the info was relatively useful.

I bought a bundle from them with 3 reports. Graham was very kind and went through the report with me over the phone while highlighting any potential issues with the vehicle and providing a great advice. Unfortunately I didn't get the first vehicle I looked at so I was glad I bought the bundle (which worked out cheaper).
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Great service and great people.
