Fake sick notes

Very basic looking website, poorly constructed with bad grammar. I needed a sick note as unable to get in contact with my GP. I filled in required information and received an email back to say I would be given a sick note and had to pay £25. Money sent and the sick.note recieved looked like it was made on a basic word document by a 6 year old. The sick note was basically completely invalid and my employer sent it back and asked if I had made it myself.
I emailed to ask for a refund with no response. This website is a pointless scam! No wonder there are no reviews, clearly I'm the only one stupid enough to fall for this
