Booking an appointment was very easy. On arrival for my appointment I was greeted with smiles and hello's from all staff. Staff were very polite and courteous.
The eye test was very thorough and Rafat explained everything in great detail about my eye health.
Choosing my new glasses was very difficult as they were so many to choose from, but Beth was a great help in me choosing the correct pair of glasses. The prices are very reasonable. The establishment was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend My Vision Opticians to family, friends and work colleagues.

Had a great experience at the opticians today. Sif, the owner, kindly referred me and made me feel very welcome from the start. Hasan, the optometrist, was excellent very professional, gentle, and had very delicate hands which made the whole appointment comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless and clean. Highly recommend this opticians to anyone looking for quality care and great service!

I needed an urgent appointment after I broke my glasses yesterday, and MyVision fit me in straight away. The optometrist was absolutely fantastic - the most thorough and insightful eye test I’ve ever had. He explained the health of my eyes and the changes in my prescription in such a clear, detailed way.

The level of care and attention here is on a completely different level compared to larger chains like Specsavers (that I had used religiously for years but the service is no comparison to here).

I left feeling genuinely looked after, and I’ll definitely be returning from now on. Highly recommend MyVision to anyone looking for exceptional, professional, and friendly eye care!

Fantastic Staff and Fantastic Customer Service Highly Recommended A+++

On my two visits to myVision in Allerton during October I have found the customer service to be of a very high standard. The staff team are courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable in their field of practice. The customer's needs are their priority and after my visit today, I am thankful that I now possess a new pair of reading glasses that replace a pair I had recently mislaid.

My husband visited the Allerton branch today and received excellent, friendly service from Hassan! He had a really thorough eye test and then he was able to choose from a wide range of glasses to suit every budget. 5 stars 🌟

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. My sight test and results were explained thoroughly ensuring I got the best out of my test and specs. Staff helped me choose some amazing glasses. The store had a wide variety to chose from.

I recently had an eye test here for the first time and was extremely pleased with the service, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t need, which was refreshing! will definitely be recommending to friends and family 😄
