I had dexa scan and v02 max at manchester with akash. The was very professional, from the point of receiving appointment confirmation to taking test and explanation. Both test were carried out and the result and Information was amazing and well explained. I especially liked the vo2max and zone analysis with aerobic/anaerobic exact calories, training zones and fat/ carbs burnt during exercise. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve been using My Vital Metrics for several years now, mainly for their DEXA scans every 8 weeks, and honestly, it’s one of the most useful tools I’ve added to my fitness journey.
