Good products
I gave a lower score because of all the crap you get bombarded with just trying to order vitamins.
The products themselves are good and delivery is quick.
However, trying to just pay at checkout, keep trying to make you choose gift (which isn’t a free gift because you’ve always to pay something, eg postage) and they are always rubbish.

damaged and deceiving
I’ve had some vitamins with a damaged seal that they were difficult to deal with about. I’ve bought some vitamins’on offer’ that were not the deal I was expecting. I feel their customer serious be much improved. And sustainably should be looked at - a handful of capsules at the bottom of a bottle?

I was sent a promotional email saying I…
I was sent a promotional email saying I would receive a free gift if I spent £15 in the next twelve hours - which I duly did- no code to enter just click through on the email. Once I received my delivery no free gift was included . The company say I should have included a code- which the email said you did not need to do- or that the free gift may have run out!! Please do not send misleading promotional emails which encourage people to spend more than they would have done with no intention of sending you a free gift. Also the omega 3 capsules contain sunflower oil which negates any positive effect of the omega 3- not happy!
