Same issue as Nancy who reviewed except my bag was also missing a main part - the icon lock - so I also have a cheap smelly bag that is smaller than expected and biggest issue is that it’s missing a main part. And same thing when I contacted them - no returns on sale items. $100USD so way more than this bag is worth - it was marked as $300 not on sale so my thought it that they mark it all on sale to not take a return. Scam

Further- customer protection laws state that misrepresentatwd items, damaged items and defective items can not be denied return due to being on sale. Which is my argument with them to no avail - it’s like talk to a nasty person who fakes nice - ‘thank you for your understanding’ ‘warm regards’. Will have to wait the time period to then get Visa involved.

I ordered the “Icon Satchel” from “My Zova Store.” After waiting nearly a month for it to arrive, I was beyond disappointed in the handbag. The bag I received was not the bag I ordered and did not resemble the photographs of the "Icon Satchel" on the My Zova Store website. The bag I ordered is supposed to have a flap-top closure, but the one I received has a very cheap zipper closure that does not even extend over the full top of the bag and the tail of the zipper hangs down the right side of the bag. None the "Icon Satchels" on the Zova website had zipper top closures. On the Zova website they promise that the "the tote comfortably fits up to a 13" laptop, along with your daily essentials like a wallet, phone, and makeup pouch." The janky little bag they sent me measures 7 inches by 10 inches. It’s like a very cheap child’s purse. The "Icon Satchel" is supposed to come with a small lock and key and a purse scarf, but it didn’t. Plus, the bag smells horrible - a strong chemical smell. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt thinking they inadvertently sent the wrong bag. Mix-ups happen. I told them I’d be very happy to exchange the bag that they sent me for the one I ordered. Zova's “customer service” rep asked me to send photos of the bag from all angles. I did and they responded by telling me that they don't do refunds or exchanges. EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED. Then they had the audacity to tell me to enjoy the bag. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The handbag they sent me is NOT WORTH $5, much less what they charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
