⭐ 1 star — SCAM COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered customized garment bags from MZ Eco Packing via Alibaba in October 2024. It's now April 2025 — over 5 months later — and I have received nothing.

Every time I contacted them, I got the same excuse: “Wait a few more days”. This went on for months. To make it worse, they marked the order as delivered on Alibaba, which is a complete lie. I never received any package.

When I asked for a refund or to speak with a manager, they completely ignored me. Zero accountability, terrible communication, and absolutely no customer service.

Because they kept stalling, the dispute period on Alibaba expired — so I lost my money.

This company is dishonest, unreliable, and operates like a scam. You will waste your time, your energy, and your money.

⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM MZ Eco Packing. There are plenty of trustworthy suppliers — this is NOT one of them.
