GUYS ITS OK THEY ANSWERED ME 4 YEARS AFTER!
I have ordered quite a bit from n-factory - but lately it seems they dont care about the customer.
I bought a fettec AIO fc - which just doesnt work. I emailed them about 7 days ago, and have no response so far.
Very unfortunate as this means i have to find a new dealer now.

Never had a hiccup on here. Have ordered a couple of things now and have had 0 trouble, 3 day shipping max and they have a nice little feature that lets you add to open orders if you forgot something or just saw something you also want.

Worst customer support ever
Unfortunately I was awarded with a defective product in my purchase. After promptly contacting the customer support vie email and via their website, took almost 4 days to get an answer. Not only they did not communicate properly they did not provide any solutions (including product replacement or refund within the 14 days).
Worst experience ever.
