Ordered a heart shaped nametag and it looks great on my dog’s harness!
Quality is great. Customer support responded swiftly when there were questions with regards to delivery. It took a little longer than expected, but the wait was worth it.

I have been waiting for my order for over a month. The company does not want to cancel the order and give my money back.

Although it takes longer than normal to arrive, they respond quickley to email. The product looks good.

Wanted to return a product which we bought in Belgium, from a site .be and they ask to return it to the US. Clearly more expensive to return it than to keep it. They say the return policy is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, big excuse, they surely have a wharehouse in Europe, and again, nowhere was indicated that we were buying from the States! Just a strategy to avoid returns, another type of scam.

The Delivery time is much longer than expected. De site is not very clear about the delivery time for shipments abroad. The tag is very beautiful.

The ordering process did not go according to plan, but after sending an email, it was quickly solved.
The delivery took longer than I expected, but customer service was great in reassuring me that everything would be fine. The tags are as great as I expected. Also the hook to attach the tags to the colar is of good quality.

The tag is beautifully made, the service is really good. It just takes a few working days before you receive the tag, but no problem for me.

Exactly delivered what we ordered (delivery to NL). Solid and nice quality tag for our dog. We had to wait a little bit longer due to delivery from CH.

I ordered a dog tag 2 weeks ago. After this time I have not received it. When I email them (they don't have a number to speak) I am told to keep waiting. No tracking number was provided as the item was sent just by regular mail service (but they charge 3.49 euros shipping costs!)
I assume I will never receive my order.

What is funnier is that on their website they only show 5 stars comments. Of course they wont show my comment!

Good quality and delivered within 5 working days

The plate is high quality and exactly as described. I ordered additional material for attaching the plate to our dogs collar/lead. Thus also is of good quality and very reasonably priced. I'm impressed with the service too: my email message was answered quickly, even in the weekend. I will be back in this store for sure.
