Nabil Bank has been causing a lot of stress, and they deducted Rs. 50 claiming it was for a password change. I didn’t like this at all. Also, if you deposit Rs. 10, they charge Rs. 10 as a fee. Other banks don’t do this; they deduct charges proportionate to the amount deposited.Plz look at this things

I am very disappointed with the system…
I am very disappointed with the system of Nabil Bank. I am not even able to access my account and its balance. There is no any option for the people who are out of their country to access their own account if their mobile banking has been expired. People in customer service are excellent but the system of Nabil Bank is worst.
Very disgusting and poor customer service
Very disgusting and poor customer service at FIKKAL BRANCH OFFICE disappointed worst bank my student visa will now be rejected because they did not make an effort to pay my college fee on time. They are unaware of the deadlines and works on there own sweet time.
I mean they can’t even wait a day late…
I mean they can’t even wait a day late on the EMI but they give back the interest two months late and also they wanted me to take out loan from them saying I’d only have to pay 10k but now I’m paying freaking 32k. If I’d known before I wouldn’t have because my job pays me 15k minimum salary, am I seek an organ now? The interest and loan system is freaking terrible.

The worst costumer service i ever just a simple process, compelled to visit physically frequently but not slove i.e wastage of time. Specially in Mahendranagar Branch.
This bank is not helpful
This bank is not helpful. I wanted to open Demat account. At first they said the one who is out of country they can fill the form online and open account and I didn’t had my citizenship so i decided to use my passport to open account. After everything i did and paid 200 rs i get email that account cannot be opened because I don’t have citizenship. And I haven’t brought my citizenship with me . This is ridiculous, at the beginning they should have said no. And what’s wrong with passport. It is recognised internationally. And all they can verify is citizenship. So there is no value of passport at all. Such a time loss if you are creating account here. Even I haven’t got chance to open my saving account because they couldn’t find solution. Its been a year.
Worst bank in all of Nepal
I had the most horrible experience at the Lakeside branch of Nabil Bank. To begin with, they opened the wrong type of account for me without clarifying which account I needed. When I went to make a deposit, they told me they would only accept US dollars after I told them specifically when I opened the account that I was only going to use Nepali rupees, as I live in Nepal. They then told me that I needed to open up a different account. And then demanded all kinds of irrelevant information. The manager was very rude with me. I told them I would instead go to Machpuchre Bank instead. A word of advice to foreigners who need to open up an account in Nepal: Do not use Nabil Bank. They are disorganized and rude. You can use Machpuchre Bank in Lakeside where they are competent, friendly, and they know how to do their job properly. Save yourself the headache and stress and go to Machpuchre Bank!

Tried calling the customer care
Tried calling the customer care, had my Mobile banking service blocked because of unsuccessful attempts, just wanted to know what do I need to do to fix it. The moment I connect they hang up on me not once not twice but three times in a row, yup that was intentional. That was it for me.

They are very unfaithful towards their words they told me will get atm card under 8 to 9 days and it’s been 2 months didn’t get it but yes they have deducted the amount for service of atm card.. Really..?? Malepatan branch improve your services.. Soon going to close my account..
