Naborly approved a renter BEING EVICTED. Literally, the renter who WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING PHYSICALLY removed by MARSHALLS Naborly did not reported it. When discussed with Naborly, they said they don't review landlord eviction or lawsuits. What is their purpose? It then took me 5 years to get rid of the con artist who did not pay rent. Con artists renters use Naborly. They are a scam non-service.

They charged me for a subscription I didn't sign up for. And when I called to cancel, no customer representatives at all. Every phone number extension leads you to "this extension is not available."

I used this company as required by my current landlord. A year goes by and they charged me for a “subscription” that I didn’t sign up for, nor did I give any permission to save my credit card information. I have been trying for weeks to get ahold of anyone at the company with no luck. Their phone number leads you in circles without ever talking to anyone, and no one responds to the customer support emails. SCAMMERS

This company is the worst company that I have ever worked with. They mess up the application process, they cannot be reached when there is an issue, and they do not answer emails asking for support. Worst of all, they TOOK money from my bank account without my authorization. What a total waist of of my time.

I paid for a report, and 10 days later I have no report, no response to my email, and the phone system does not connect you to a voicemail nor a person. Even the tenant was unsuccessful to even reach them.

Basically a scam, no customer service presence, no ability to cancel or end subscription even though their help center says there is but they are still happy to charge you.

Terrible service. My tenants submitted applications 4 days again and they still have not been reviewed so I am without any reports! Paid for the reports and have nothing. Time is of the essence when rentals are vacant!

I was surprised how much information was needed and annoyed that I had not been told up front that I needed all this information (almost my whole biography). I don't think the sales agent properly explained to me that this process was mandatory to applying to rent the site I was interested in. Anyway by the time I had spent an hour and appeared that when and if I figured out how to give them a copy of my drivers license it would be another hour, I asked the sales agent if there was an easier way and she said no, in frustration I decided that I would try and find something else. I did like the property. The process left me feeling like a dummy.

Illegal in Canada.. Renters be aware if you are asked to to apply for an apartment through this company! Report to Better Business Bureau for money spent to put in an application and you get no response from the landlord!!! I got my money back after I threatened to expose them to the LTB!

They ask for far too much, takes about an hour to fill out, then they hit you with a charge. They SHOULD be up front about that.

Who would do a Hard Credit check for a stupid rental apartment???? This is getting way out of hand by your stupid company.

This is a horrific service that farms out the cost of credit checks from landlords to the prospective tenants. It demands an absurd amount of incredibly invasive information - from copies of passports, sin numbers, and paystubs - and then has the audacity to charge $25 for the application. This software should be criminal and it's a sad reality that this is the state of tenancy applications.
