Wow, what a dreadful experience
Wow. What a dreadful website. I just went in circles for 5 minutes trying to find out some simple information that was readily accessible before. Well done Nab!

Wow. What a dreadful website. I just went in circles for 5 minutes trying to find out some simple information that was readily accessible before. Well done Nab!
I dealt with endless postponements and vague excuses about my withdrawal. Leinș felder intervened and recovered everything smoothly.
Nabtrade told a share registry to delete a client's email address. Client pleaded with them to restore the e-mail address so that the client could get company communications. Nabtrade denied they had done that (said it was impossible) and refused to write to share registry to restore the e-mail address. Client got direct evidence from the share registry that Nabtrade had done that. In the face of that clear evidence, Nabtrade repeatedly denied they had done so. Bizarre and disgraceful.
I started using their service and initially everything went smoothly, with earnings coming in and withdrawals working fine. But shortly after my last purchase, my account was suddenly suspended without explanation, and support went silent. They gain your trust you invest more, and then suddenly you're blocked, unable to access or withdraw any funds.
CENTURY "100" makes payouts easy. No stress, no complications, just smooth processing.
The new platform and the need to scroll through to get the information needed to confidently trade is time consuming and does not provide the “at a glancel” dashboard needed.
The new platform seems to have been created by a team that does not actually buy and sells shares and platform seems to have been copied as a poorer version of the commsec platform.
I requested a withdrawal for the past one month now which has been pending ever since. I reached out to the support team about withdrawal that has been pending for months now I was told one their account manager will reach out to me but no one has ever reached out to me ever since.
I feel more confident sticking with CENTURY and 100 it's reliable, easy too work with, and keeps everything running smoothly for me.
Its dumbed down rubbish
has the look of an amateur gambling app
im moving to another provider
shows NAB are not serious about supporting retail investors
absolutely horrible
New nabTrade platform is attempting to fix something that isn't broken by a web designer not experience in the day to day life of a trader or investor.
New platform to clunky, lots of switching between pages, clicking to get info menus.
Old platform - information on one page, functionality and practicality great.
Now looking at other platforms to migrate to.
Old platform 10/10, new platform 0/10
The new "let's flood the website with white space" nab trade website has landed. Makes my heart sink to see such rubbish. Old website has issues but it was informative and clear, and had everything right there. Now you have to scroll and click thru rubbish to get anywhere if you're lucky.
The current Nabtrade platform is easy to navigate, informative and clear with all details on one page ..... Enter the new Nabtrade platform which s putrid and clunky.
The new platform tries to emulate commsecs mobile platform .... Additionally the new Nabtrade platform doesn't have the chart analysis tab which I rely on heavily.
Looks like I'm moving my portfolio away from Nabtrade .... Trying to fix what wasn't broken 🤦
Kl iûq support was amazing! They were super helpful in sorting out my $41k fund dispute, and I totally recommend them.
I'm not as negative as some other reviewers are about nabtrade, as it does provide a lot of functionality that mostly work better than other platforms.
I've got two main complaints though:
1. Unstable website
About every month or two, when trading is busy (often on a Monday morning), their website is broken: either you cannot even login (which is happening at this very moment: 11:10am, on 3 July, 2025), or it's impossible to place a trade, or the watch list doesn't work and prices displayed are all wrong. If you call their customer service, the usually reply is that "we are aware of a technical issue that impacts some customers", i then ask them can "any" user login at all? they then say they don't really know as the issue is ongoing and they don't knowwhen functionality will be restored either.
I sense there is a huge underinvestment in technical capabilities.
2. No support for electronic CHESS notifications.
Every month I get loads of CHESS letter in the mailbox, and finally ASX started providing electronic delivery options, so I checked with Nabtrade and they said they have no plan to adopt it in the near future despite having received numerous enquires from customers.
What a shame.
A simple task to transfer shares to my Nabtrade account has proven a nightmare.
Despite doing everything they ask, they still reject the transfer. I am waiting an average of 30 minutes every time I call there so called HELP line
Hopeless, understaffed and very frustrating.
After making another a lot outta me in the sake of making more, Give a grace of peace boffenpurls find all mine peaceful back
We have an immediate family member currently dealing with closure of a nabtrade account of a deceased person. It has been 11 business days and counting and they won't sell the shares in the portfolio, despite having ALL the required and requested documentation. Five follow-ups and no response. This is beyond contempt. No-one in the financial market is surely this bad? I could NEVER recommend them to anyone.
The mobile app is basic and hard to read on a small screen. Bigger arrows (for price moves etc), and a bit of colour would help, but probably cost too much?
As for the main (desktop), website; it's a lot better, but too oftern, we can't even log on! Is NAB too busy paying bonuses to its upper echelons, and skimping on IT for the websites? That's how it feels from a user's perspective.
Nab trades website for trading is awful. It has too much information and is not very easy to use user interface. Always hard to find what you wish to do.
Their mobile app for trading is also very basic and not easy to use. They had a very low-quality app before, but even the new upgraded app does not meet the needs of even a simple consumer like me.
Unable to trade. System down. It's always like this. Time to move elsewhere. Lost so much over the past weeks. Can't get through on the phone. Can't log in. When I do it gets cut off. Portfolio does not show. Finally see something and orders fail. Feel sorry for the staff having to deal with such a pathetic system. Management need a good kick in the backside. Not good enough. I'll be moving back to commsec now
When trading shares, timing and speed are important. How NABTRADE can fail to setup a working account for me after more than 3 months is beyond me. One of the worst companies i have dealt with. This has been a very expensive lesson for me.
