Engineer came and diagnosed my fridge…
Engineer came and diagnosed my fridge freezer on same day I called them. He was very polite, professional and very informative. I needed a new part for my fridge freezer and this came within a couple of days in which the engineer came back out and fixed my issue. Fridge freezer back working again. Very happy customer!

Next day call out to diagnose problem, parts ordered and fitted as soon as available. Great communication. All labour covered in call out fee. Very little stress. Fully recommended

NAC REPAIR JOB NOT DONE
NAC REPAIR, i can never recommend it to anyone. I called if they can repair my washing machine which the lady i spoke to asked me about the problem, she quickly discovered that the drum needed to be changed. Engineer (Jonathan) came the same day asked me to pay £102.24 for the call out and repair which I have to buy to pay for the drum. I accepted. Since Monday 10th of August 2026 which today is 19th of August 2026. They have not get back to me.
I am a pensioner, £102.24 is not easy for me to throw away just like that.
So I don't recommend.

Excellent service. An engineer attend the day after I raised the request to assess the job. The parts were ordered, arrived and fitted all within a week. The engineer was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

I was reluctant to go to the internet to find a firm to carry out work, relying on friends recommendations. However I was desperate when my fridge stopped working and all the contents had to be thrown away. I rang NAC and Sarah was so friendly, helpful and efficient. An engineer, George, arrived the same day, was also pleasant and communicative and problem solved! Excellent service. Thank you!

Fake 'job completed' response by engineer
Engineer attended as scheduled for fridge freezer repair as result of my booking online & paying an advance fee of £98.40. Looked at the appliance, said he needed to call the office to ok some parts & left. In the house less than 2 mins. After he left the job was marked as completed. I have attempted via multiple means, including NAC formal feedback link to obtain a refund as no work was done & the repair falsely marked as complete. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining any acknowledgement or response to my complaint nor managed to get past a bot which simply asks me to rebook the repair. I can't rebook the repair as no repair was ever carried out & the next available slot was some weeks away, so I had to replace the appliance. I have since found a local service supplier who I will go to in the future. A very bad experience for me in dealing with this company & I have contacted them to request a refund which they have not acknowledged. I have a screenshot of my complaint as submitted via their feedback portal as you do not get copied in once submitted nor any acknowledgement or for me response.
