If I could give Alex more stars, I would! I ordered a dress for my hen do which was unfortunately faulty when it arrived. I contacted customer services and Alex got back to me within 2 minutes and arranged a replacement for me with priority shipping when I had dropped the faulty dress off at a Post Office. Thank you so much Alex!

Disputing a returned item
UPDATE: I have now received an email apology confirming that the missing item had been found at their returns department and that they have issued a refund. They explained their investigations always start with the customer first before investigating the weight of the parcel. Thankfully this is resolved now.
Ordered three items, one dress and two bodysuits as was unsure of size. The dress didn’t suit and I returned one of the bodysuit's keeping the one in the right size. Return was sent via dpd 12 days ago. Today I receive an email from Alex saying the bodysuit was missing. I responded confirming that I had indeed sent. He then replied asking for proof of postage and weight. The dpd receipt from the post office does not show a weight on it. I’m hoping that the dpd manifest can confirm this to them, but frankly am very annoyed that they are implying I’ve stolen an item. I can see from reviews that this same issue happened to another customer 3 days ago. I hope they come back to me tomorrow and appologise with a full refund.

Absolutely shocking experience with…
Absolutely shocking experience with Nadine Merabi. I returned a package containing two jackets (one of which was faulty) and a jumpsuit, and despite having done everything correctly, they are now claiming the faulty jacket was never sent — which is simply untrue.
I have photographic proof of the package at the post office, as well as tracked Royal Mail confirmation showing it was delivered. Yet somehow, that still isn’t enough for them. They are now demanding a receipt showing proof of postage and weight. I even spent 50 minutes on the phone with Royal Mail to obtain the weight verbally, and they STILL refuse to accept it.
This whole situation is an absolute shambles. The customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly appalling. As a long-term customer who has spent over £5,000 with them in just the last three months, this is incredibly disappointing.
I’ve returned items to many retailers over the years without issue, but this has been by far the worst experience. I won’t be shopping here again — and I’d strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing.

I am just amazed not only how beautiful these dresses are but how fast and beautifully are shipped.
My daughter and I ordered two dresses,both soo beautiful ,unfortunately had to return the one since wasn’t proper for the occasion.

I ordered two dresses from the website, however they were not the right fit for me. When I spoke to customer service regarding my return they were attentive and quick to respond. They made sure I was not charged double for the return since I got two dresses. They provided great customer service and were quick to respond.

Outstanding customer care - the delivery company let me down (not Nadine Merabi) which was very disappointing. I contacted Nadine Merabi customer care and they responded immediately and sent out a new dress straight away and without question. The dress is beautiful- I am very impressed with this Company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I reached out to Alex in customer service as when I logged into my account, to order two dresses that I liked, I saw I was now in the silver tier and entitled to a 15% discount. Apparently your discount code is emailed to you once you hit a new tier. However I’ve never received an email with a discount code. I do receive a lot of mail from Nadine Merabi and as it’s mostly advertising, I don’t open them all.
I explained that I need the dresses asap as they are for the weekend. Alex said they needed to reach out to a different department to find out about my discount. I did explain that I didn’t really want to wait much longer, I had already sent an email that was never responded to, this was my second attempt at getting in touch. I’ve had a response today that says I have to wait 35 days. Not helpful at all. As I need the dresses, it’s clear I’m not valued as a customer, I didn’t want to wait 35 days to buy the dresses and I don’t see why I should pay full price if my account clearly states I have a 15% discount.
I will reluctantly shop elsewhere. I just think this is really poor customer service. Could have just offered me a 10% code or something. But like I said. Not valued.

Their customer service is truly top notch. I had a sizing issue with my Natalie dress and had already missed the return deadline, but they still went out of their way to help. Out of goodwill, they offered me store credit so I could repurchase the correct size.
