Ineffective product.
They sent the item, but it arrived warm and the cold pack had also lost its temperature.
As a result, it didn’t feel effective for me. In my experience, the packaging wasn’t kept cold enough, which was disappointing. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it.

About 2 weeks in and I feel great! Came in a premium feeling glass bottle and pretty quickly too. Bought NAD before from another brand and didn’t feel anything, so am glad I gave it another try before deciding maybe it just doesn’t work for me.

I am taking the ingredients to MHRA as I've had NAD as an IV and injection from where I've worked and I get a reaction to both. If it's an injecting and cold I get stinging with NAD+at home I didn't react at all and felt no significant changes, I thought it was just me so I continued. After my third vial I decided to change supplier to NAD+ Online and on my first injection I reacted and got stinging , my skin and hair are softer after day two, definitely not pure NAD in your vials!

Individual responses to NAD+ can vary (even from one day to the next) depending on factors like existing NAD+ levels, metabolic state, hydration, diet, sleep, stress, and injection technique or temperature. Scientific consensus also doesn’t support the idea that macrodosing consistently produces a perceivable sensation over time.
For transparency, our NAD+ is pharmaceutical-grade, manufactured in GMP-certified UK facilities, and every batch is independently tested with a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and sterility. We're happy to share this at any time.
First time on ordering
First time on ordering. It got delivered quicker than anticipated. I was away, the parcel was then delivered to my neighbour who has serious mental health issues.
Although the parcel said to refrigerate, my neighbour didn’t and therefore the NAD was left in his heated home.
I called NAD and they informed me that I couldn’t have a replacement.
I was told should be ok to use even after it being 48 hrs out of a cold place?
I’m not wishing to use it s its potency might be reduced or I may get an infection.

I started using NAD+ in January / February 2024. I have purchased most of the products except for the Capsules. and had no side effects or bad service, in fact, quite the opposite, I had one or two issues, and when I contacted NAD+, they were straight on it, the best part of it was I could actually chat to the person who was sorting the problem, obviously, this might not be the case for all issues. Excellent customer service in my experience, I can't fault them. As for the product NAD+ Pen and Injectables so convenient, many a time I have been rushing for work, etc and with this pen it takes like 20 to 30 seconds!! Love it, yes, I know it's expensive, however, I don't drink alcohol or go out so much, my health comes first, and this product makes me feel good, and my skin looks great. I am menopausal, and before using NAD+, I was not good; now I don't even have to use my HRT. I know this isn't clinically proven, but to me it is, as I know how I felt before I started. I have had so many benefits from these little jabs and just wanted to leave a review of what NAD+ deserve. Also, for anyone who is on the fence, maybe my review will help them. Awesome Product.

The pens did not function properly
The pens did not function properly , I lost much of the product in cartridges trying to get air bubble out, never received notice of a refund and sadly you are not allowed to ship at the moment .
