I signed up for NAD wellness combo, this was originally priced at £343.45 and my subscription was confirmed by email - and the reoccurring subscription price was stated as £343.45 - i checked last night and the price had jumped to £449, I reached out and provided proof that my subscription was priced at £343.45, I was told that this price was for the initial order - I reached out again asking why it stated that my subscription cost was priced as £343.45, my emails were ignored - I cancelled the subscription- I will never order from this company again

The initial email was responded to but the others were ignored - I clearly said that you responded to my first email - you clearly must struggle with basic English. It was subsequent emails that went ignored, following this I submitted the review, after the review submission you emailed me back- when I sent proof of the price that was quoted as an ongoing subscription cost of £343 - you implied I was wrong so I sent further proof, I had to highlight where is clearly stated £343.45 every six weeks next payment the 5th of September, you then you implied that I was cheap and that was why I was not happy with the ongoing subscription.
I have the emails.
Keep replying it just shows how completely unprofessional you are!

Very disappointed with the customer service. Unfortunately this product made me sick so I had to send back for a refund. They have ignored all my messages and only responded asking me ‘ what is the problem ‘ after repeatedly telling them, still no response or refund. Very disappointed

Do not waste your money or effort
Based on reviews I ordered this product
But I suppose they don't care about temperature control for shipments outside the UK.
I love in UAE and the temperature is soaring hot now (over 40 C ) and the product reached hot.
I communicated with them over email for the past 2 weeks
A lot of unbacked scientific jargon about how their products withstand heat and that they would send the toxicology report which they never did.
NAD+ at high temps loses efficacy and at a certain level becomes harmful.
Completely unprofessional
Expected me to pay to return it
Very unhelpful or caring.
Avoid ordering from here if you are outside of UK.

Unfortunate
I purchased the product as I received numerous recommendations. I didn’t end up using it not because of the product itself but because of their delivery system .
It was left outside and not refrigerated twice once I was unlucky enough to have it stolen and the second time was delivered but without me being informed hence I felt it was too risky to use.

While we do pack all orders with appropriate cooling measures and use tracked delivery services, our system also sends an automatic email once your order status changes to “completed,” along with your tracking number. Additionally, the courier sends notifications directly once the parcel is out for delivery.
That said, we recognise that courier handling can sometimes fall short. We always recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel or leaving a clear safe place instruction at checkout to help avoid missed deliveries or delays.
