Occasional courier delays can unfortunately impact delivery times and the temperature of your product.
We want to reassure you that our NAD+ is lab-tested for stability and is perfectly fine at room temperature for a few weeks unopened. It would only start to degrade & become less effective if it were sat in direct sunlight in temperatures 30+ degrees for a few days.
That said, we’re always looking to improve, so thank you again for the suggestion!
Felt tired and low
Delivery was fine. Product all in order but definitely not noticed any benefits whatsoever. In fact if anything I have felt wiped out in the last week. One night I even went to bed at 7pm. I was desperately hoping this would work for me as per the other reviews but only change for me is that I have felt tired and low in mood.

While many people feel a positive shift in energy and clarity quite quickly, some do experience an initial dip in energy as NAD+ starts working at a cellular level. This can be a sign your body is shifting into repair mode, especially if your baseline NAD+ levels were low to begin with.

Declining NAD+ product quality, no Customer Service
I am writing this review to express my continued disappointment with the shipping and product quality I have experienced with NAD+.
I previously contacted NAD+ support regarding a late UPS delivery where my NAD+ product arrived warm with a completely melted ice pack. I was informed that the issue would be investigated. Despite this assurance, my subsequent order, also shipped via UPS, was again delivered a day late. Regrettably, a third attempt several months later resulted in the same problem.
Furthermore, I have noticed a change in the product's appearance. It previously had a noticeable yellowish tint, which is now almost completely absent. When I inquired about this, I was told this is normal, but this response does not address my concerns as a customer.
Given these repeated issues with shipping and the lack of satisfactory explanation regarding the change in product appearance, I am concerned about the quality of the NAD+ product and the level of customer care provided.

We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive temperature-sensitive products late, especially when you’ve had this happen more than once. While we do ship with ice packs and insulation, delays with UPS are unfortunately out of our hands once dispatched, though we absolutely agree that this is not the standard of service you deserve. We’re actively reviewing shipping partners and protocols to improve this.
Rest assured, our product is perfectly fine unopened at room temperature for a few weeks. It does need to be refrigerated once open but until then, as long as it is not sitting in bright sunlight or above 30 degrees, the product quality is unaffected.
Regarding the change in appearance: our NAD+ is produced under pharmaceutical-grade conditions and tested for both potency and stability, batch by batch. The colour can vary slightly depending on raw ingredient characteristics, but this does not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. That said, your concerns are completely valid, and we’re sorry if our previous explanation didn’t provide the clarity or reassurance you needed.

CHANGED: Benefits are Not the same Any more
I would like to share that the effects of the NAD product over the last month and a half have been noticeably different compared to previous months.
I have experienced less noticeable effects regarding fatigue reduction, mental clarity, and other benefits I had consistently perceived when using your product over the past months.
It’s disappointing to notice this change, as the results now feel quite different from what I was expecting.

It was good but quality dropped
It was good at the beginning then the NAD+ received was less quality, couldn't feel the energy boost after every injection. I changed provider and the effects are back meaning that the quality of NAD that I was given from NAD at Home degraded over time. Customer service is responsive but very ineffective (confirmed change of delivery dates, change to the subscription etc but never actually done it). Changed to new provider and I'm happier with the supply

Didn’t work for me, I am in my fifties and was hoping that this would help with my energy levels and sleeping.
Unfortunately after taking this at home according to the instructions I have not noticed any difference, so it appears that I wasted over £300+
